Great service, but the auto parts are not what they used to be. They don't have parts, everything is ordered at least that's how it feels. Sadly Amazon had the parts and was going to be faster than them

The general manager at the Labelle Florida advanced auto took the time to look up each individual parts for us for a wiper blades and it took the time to go over and beyond to give us $20 because we had a gift card try and figure out why the card when you get a and we got a $20 credit and we purchased give or take about so he went over and beyond and I just wanna tell him thank you I appreciate it

My girlfriend and I originally went to the Auto Zone in Labelle to have our lawn mower battery checked, we waited 15 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us, so we left and found the Advance Auto Parts store, we went in and were quickly acknowledged and received great customer service. This store charged our battery for free, I can assure you that when we need parts this is where we are going.

The manager is a technically incompetent overgrown child.THE WHOLE STORE HAS "COMPUTER ISSUES" ON RETURNS BUT THE HONEST TRUTH WAS THE MANAGER DID NOT WANT TO REFUND ME EVEN WITH RECEIPT AND UNOPENED ITEM.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!I had my son return a lightbulb for my car still in packaging with receipt. General manager Jose would not accept and yelled "get out of my store!"I am calling advance auto parts headquarters.

I only gave them 3 out of 5 because, I mean, hey, what auto parts place gets every order correct...... the service here isn't great. The workers are younger, and lack a little respect, or understanding. The store however, is clean, and fully stocked. As long as YOU know what YOU need, it's great. Don't go in there perplexed, because they'll tell you to go to their website, because honestly, i don't think they know anything about automotive repair.
