I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to the amazing girl Dani Chance, who helped me out! She was super sweet, patient, and really knew her stuff. She made sure I got the right products for my car, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. Great customer service—definitely would come again!

This will be my second review and this one is a good review after going into Autozone multiple times trying to find the right tool for the part I needed to remove I had no luck but thanks to JEAN she was able to find it without a problem thanks to her I was able to get the part off and replaced and car back on the road I will continue to shop there because of this!..

I woke up this morning with a dead battery. I had no one who could come help me. I called my local Auto Zone store and Orestes offered to bring it to my house. He arrived promptly and even offered to install the battery. He went the extra mile to help me. And I appreciate it so much . I would recommend my local Auto Zone

Fabian and Gisselle were amazing! We have an hour left in our trip and it’s pouring rain. Our windshield wipers are terrible. Could not see anything. They were closing and were nice enough to let us in for a last minute purchase! So grateful. Thank you again! Great customer service. Even offered to help put the new ones on.

We had a great experience with Dani at AutoZone. She went above and beyond to help us find some odd parts for a Cummins marine engine on a Sunday afternoon when no other parts stores were open.

Shoutout to Gabrielle and the manager who was too busy playing on her phone to care. Walked in with a smile, got nothing but attitude. No greeting, no help—just negativity. The whole place feels like a dark cloud, and when you’re already dealing with car trouble, the last thing you need is bad customer service. Do better.
