If you need to go to a Boost store you would be wise to avoid the one in Labelle! After having Boost for 2 years and being happy with the service my family and I went into the Labelle Boost store, bought 2 new phones and put all 3 phones on the family plan. What could go wrong? Well first of all the employee, who was also 'the manager' switched my service from 4g to 5g without telling us or explaining it to us. We found out 2 days later after 2 subsequent visits to the store to find out why when we got home we had no phone service at all! Apparently 5g doesn't cover our rural area so we were just left with no phone service at all! The most infuriating part of it taking over a week to switch us back to 4g is the attitude and indifference of the employees at the Labelle store. The standard answer was "I can't help you. There's nothing I can do. Call Customer Service." After the 3rd visit to the store I called customer service while i was in the store and was asked to leave the store bcuz I was "being rude and distracting". The technical services people were wonderful after I got smart enough to go to another Boost store (North Fort Myers Pine Island Road) where the employee was more than happy to help me and explain to me what needed to be done to fix the nightmare the Labelle store had created. After the most stressful week ever they finally fixed my problem and gave me a week's credit so I will stay with Boost- but I will NEVER set foot in the Labelle store again!!
