Not a good experience, went in to upgrade phone, unpleasant clerk, all she she cared about was my pin number, sat behind "COVID plastic wall" tried to tell me what phones were what price, would not come out from behind plastic, if she had any product knowledge she sure didn't show it. Got fed up with that experience.... Now go Lehigh Acres Cricket.....
