Excellent service. Received great customer service, truck was returned to us in under 2 weeks time and truck looks fantastic. Gerber even set up car rental in which we picked up and dropped off at Gerber location and all reservations were also taken care of by Gerber. Gerber completely handled all insurance claims process. Double thumbs up to the entire process and everyone involved.👍👍

Took them almost 3 months to fix the bed of my truck told me they were waiting on the a new bed to come in and that’s why it was taking so long. When I finally picked my truck up they didn’t even put a new bed on it so they lied to me about that. Also when I picked my truck up I noticed that my bed was bouncing around when I looked I seen they didn’t even screw the bed of my truck in!! Highly do not recommend going here!!!!!

Dropped off my Mazda at the Gerber Collision LaBelle location on June 10th. My vehicle took until July 24th to have a front quarter panel replaced because they couldn’t get parts delivered to LaBelle. I guess they don’t have anyone available to drive around to pickup parts? Seems a bit ridiculous that my vehicle had to be towed to Ft. Myers just because of parts! Now I’m stuck paying almost $500 for a rental car when I could’ve used my car while they were waiting on parts. Their employees were nice enough but their process is really messed up. Let’s just say I’ll never use Gerber again after all of this. Lesson learnedServices: Painting
