Been here multiple times and always fast and easy, keeping the Touareg on the road. Totally recommend Leals Tires, the owner is a good person and has good people working there. I appreciate them.

Misunderstandings from the lady that answers the phone and the workers there. The lady in reception will tell you one thing and when you get there it's nothing close to what she relayed back.
The guy there zk says he writes things down to remember but when I brought the parts he told me to buy he said I don't remember and didn't write it down. The lady also said bring it on a Sunday. I did that. And then he came out and said I need it during the week instead. I don't even live here! I had already coordinated this day with the receptionist lady. I told them that I reached out to be sure it’s the correct parts several times. I called, was told what to do when to come by and the old lady up front. Nothing was remembered, written down or abided by. My recommendation.. pick another tire shop.

I got a flat tire and a couple nice people stopped and helped me. They made sure I got to Lears tire shop. When I pulled in they were on top of it. I damaged my tire really bad and the rim! They are trying to fix my rim so it will hold air. I feel like I’m being taken care of and my problem mattered to them. Great service!

Went there 35 mins before closing and was told to come back next day and that if i want it done today i had to pay 300 Dollars , told them that i was there in business hours that they were going to lose a costumer and they didnt care ! I will not recomend this place

I went here a while ago, more than a few times. But one worker really rubbed me the wrong way. He tried to sell me brakes like I’m an idiot. He gave me the old “your brakes have about 2 weeks left”. The last straw was the same worker, he sold me a used tire for my farm trailer, he didn’t submerge the tire in water to check for leaks. I noticed this and was alarmed, I said to him why he didn’t check and he told me it was bc he knew I would put it in my mini van and he knows it’s a good tire, he just wanted to save my car from getting dirty inside (I admit I should have forced him to check, but I foolishly trusted him) anyway the tire went flat the next day. I’m sure the owner is cool, I hope he fired that disheveled looking dishonest worker…

Got some good quality used tires for a good price here! Quick and efficient service and really nice staff as well! Will return for tire service here in the future!
