Don’t know why but three times now I show up around 5:20 and they r closed lights on and no one inside no one answers phone and they wonder why people get mad.
Says they r open till 7pm
And yet there is no one there to help you just ridiculous.

In June my son asked me to purchase a phone for him, because he was getting out of the hospital and needed it. He had a phone with MetroPCS by
T-Mobile, but it was destroyed in a robbery and the number was canceled.
He was unable to do anything about it for a year, so I contacted MetroPCS (online). The rep gave me a free phone, charged my card for the first month, said he would send our receipt/info to my email, then said goodbye. HE NEVER SENT IT! My son got out of the hospital, the phone came and we took it to 5 different MetroPCS by T-Mobile, between Key West and LaBelle, Florida!!! NO ONE wanted to help. Everyone told us to get online and get them to take care of it! So all I had was a phone and no way to activate it! After about more than 35 phone calls to Metro PCS by T-Mobile I'm still sitting with a phone in my hands that I cannot do anything with. In the meantime, my son needed a phone! So I went to the LaBelle store and purchased one. Andy was GREAT! He even got his old phone number back.!!! BUT, this is not the end of the Story!
Both my husband and my phone, started to swell up. He was able to recover his info, I was not. We needed phone and maybe, NEW Carriers! I was MAD! Mine, actually blew up! My son talked me into going to MetroPCS by T-Mobile, I did and I've had nothing but trouble with mine. Because, it seems mine has a mind of it's own. I went in to talk to the people at Metro in Labelle.
They couldn't help. I'm trying to work with it, but I'm getting a LOT of headaches!!!

Worst service I have experienced with business today. Claudia who claimed to be store manager and regional manager.
Was inadequate with information to solve problems with phone purchased only a week earlier.
While there at this facility they seemed more interested in her personal phone call. Along with making a pocketbook purchase off some guy who walked into their store off the street.
Service, answers and any sense of basic communication was impossible. Little understanding or command over the English language.
Would not recommend this business to anyone.
They are only interested in selling customers phones and after there are they problems, they do nothing to make it right.

I hope no one else goes through what I went through today.(Original)Hoy fui a la tienda que está en la 84 W Hickpochee Ave, Labelle, Fl, 33935 y tuve una mala atención por parte de la dependienta, fui a comprar una Sim Card y ella me dijo que ellos ahí no me la podían vender que para vendermela tenia que comprar el plan completo y activarla ahi, yo le dije que porque si yo había hablado con un representante y me había dicho que ahí me la vendían, yo no quería un plan completo porque ya yo tengo un plan familiar, entonces me fui y volví a llamar a un representante y me dijo que cuando volviera a la tienda llamara para que un representante hablara con ella, porque ahi me la tenian que vender, volví y esto fue lo que hice, cuando el representante habló con ella está le dijo que para vendermela tenia que llevar el teléfono cuando no fue eso lo que ella me dijo a mi porque yo tengo el teléfono que es compatible con la Sim Card y que además ya se le había acabado las Sim Card, claro que iba a decir y que casualidad ya las había vendido todas, por supuesto que hice la queja y espero que le den una solución a esto porque personas como ella no deben estar prestando atención al cliente, ahora mismo yo tengo la más mala opinión de metro y me cambiaré de compañía ya que con esta experiencia no me dan deseos de seguir con metro, para yo comprar una Sim Card tengo que desplazarme a una tienda que me queda a 1 hora de camino, pues no pienso regresar mientras esta dependienta se encuentra trabajando en ese lugar. Espero que nadie más pase por lo que yo pasé hoy.
