I called another parts store in town, they didn't have my parts and said they would order them to be delivered next day. After 2 days waiting, I was told to call someone else. Best advise ever! I called O'Reilly and was presently pleased with their customer service. Was promised the parts next day before noon. At 11am, I received a call, parts are in. I'll never go anywhere else. Angelica was amazing!!!!!

Absolutely amazing people. Had some boat trailer lighting issues tonight, and the manager and associate went way above great service to assist. Although lights couldn’t immediately be fixed, they offered several creative and safe solutions that got my family on our way and home safely. Cannot say enough good things about them and their kindness and professionalism! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent staff they go out of there way to help you with all your needs and the store Manager Dillan is a great guy also goes out his way to help his customers im a handicap person and I feel there attentions to help me I only go to O'Reillys for all of my parts

We just went through prepping the farm in Trenton FL for two hurricanes and had to drive from West of Gainesville down the East coast avoiding Tampa, coming from Ft Lauderdale into Ft Myers the back way when we nearly got stuck in Broward due to the gears not changing after we stopped for food. I couldn't leave park and found a part had broken off. We barely made it out of Parkland FL having to use 2 people to change gear with the hood open.
I am on my way to Fort Myers to an AirBnB waiting for surgery this Wednesday (when we happened upon a nearly closed O'Reilly store).
Trent stayed after hours and risked burns to make sure we got patched up. He said he wouldnt let us leave until we took care of it and was very proactive in the repair. I still need the dealership for the right part but we can shift gears again from inside the car.
My neighbor I was traveling with reminded me this is why he likes O'Reilly stores. I personally am not great with auto repairs and knowledge but I will never forget the level of excellence of service this employee displayed tonight.
It's been so stressful lately and with impending surgery, I cannot express how thankful I am. O'Reilly stores have certainly gotten my attention for future business.
Give this man a raise. You can't afford to lose him.

Trent was absolutely fantastic he helped me find a brushing that fit on my car so my transmission would go into gear I was totally trapped without his help. Trent also went way above and beyond and actually helped as the store was closing to do his best to fit the brushing on the very hot engine risking burns and refused to let us drive away until it was fix to his best ability. Would absolutely recommend this store and praise Trent for being so friendly and friendly 🙌

Came here to purchase a PCV valve i seen online said they had the part in stock for my vehicle. Well I get to the counter and told the lady my vehicle information and the part i wanted and lo and behold she says they dont have the part and by the way my vehicle doesn`t have a PCV valve ......SMH!!! I told her i do and i just seen on the website that it was in stock. Im not sure if she put the information in correctly but she repeated everything i said about my vehicle to me and she didnt seem like she was to interested to do a little bit more digging as seen she had her girlfriend on the phone on hold. So i said thanks and drove to Advanced Auto up the road and purchased the PCV valve that my car doesnt have.

If I could pick 10 stars I would!!Dylan and Kyle are awesome! I broke down passing Through Labelle..and nothing worse then being out of town and breaking down. They went out of their way to get me back On the road. Didn't have the right hose but came up with a solution for me!Excellent customer service!!
