Pence Auto is amazing! I'm happy to of found a place with well working cars and kind employees. I am grateful for their kindness. Their vehicles are well maintained and run well. I will definitely keep them in mind for mechanic work.

I’m very well pleased at all the staff members specially Gladys,she is a wonderful lady and her family are awesome. I have no complaints about any one of them and they welcome us in as family a unity. My truck is awesome and running great and I just paid off my truck,love you guys and lady’s.may God continue blessing each one of you its been a honor to meet y'all.I’ll see y'all soon God bless

I remember when I got my first truck from here I was scared to get a vehicle because I was listening to people. I was passing by and said let me go check them out for myself because I saw a nice expedition but when I opened the office door to ask about it someone was sitting there about to buy it boy was I disappointed. Walking back out I see a white GMC Yukon XL I open the door again and ask about that one Gladys said $3500 down I only had $2500 she said come back and see me in a few so I did and Gladys helped me get into my big nice SUV and took a chance on me to do my payments monthly. There were a couple things go wrong with it over the 2 1/2 years I had it and they fixed it each time no problem and yes I paid it off before time by paying my payments on time. Fast forward 2 years after paying it off I'm on my 2nd vehicle and I love it. These are some great people from the owner, the Manger "Gladys" all the way down to the mechanics they treat you like family here all you gotta do is be honest pay your payments and communicate. Lastly I recently had a personal problem come up and needed someone to talk to I was feeling down went in and talked to Gladys and JoJo again they treated me like family and I appreciate them GO GET A VEHICLE YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED TRUST ME!?

Bought a car for $6500 & it only lasted 3 weeks sold me a lemon and just dies on me and told me I had to fix it with no trade in or anything to reimburse what I lost. Mechanic shows me a old box of sparkplug and says he changed it but no just free money
