Nice people works there. the UPS delivery is terrible , I sanded fruits to my son in Lansing Mi , the delivery had supposed be late by the UPS fault and made it to my son 2 days after the arrival date it was supposed to be. All the fruits were rotten , stray to the trash and my money to the drain

I don't know what all these bad reviews are. most likely a bunch of karens and kevins that aren't getting their way. I come to this store all the time. I'm in there generally once a week sometimes more. every single time I have gone in there, I have been treated with absolute kindness and professionalism. I'm in there so much the staff is on a first name basis with my son. there's no funny smell and the place is not filthy. absolutely nothing wrong with this store, on the contrary there is so much good.

We have lived in LaBelle almost 5 years and been to the LaBelle UPS store on multiple occasions for a multitude of reasons and not once have we had a bad experience.

I presented a prepaid QR code and then they charged me 10 dollars for materials and shipping on a package that I already packaged myself. Just casually scamming customers is crazy.

Saturday Feb 22, 2025 @09:28. Drove all the way over here to send a package, google says they’re open, the store hours they have posted on their door says they’re open, but they’re not open… but I’m not surprised at all with any business in hendry county

Rude, unhelpful staff. The store is really unpleasantly dirty and messy. The opening hours are often not correct, the store seems to open whenever the staff feels like it. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Go somewhere else if it’s possible.

I was at the store today to drop off two packages. While I was waiting, I picked up two blue objects that were on a table to the left of the store and the associate rudely told me to leave them. I only took them to see if they were what I needed to send some documents, but this lady didn't even explain to me and wouldn't let me see them. These two objects are out and within reach of any customer, which makes one assume that they can be touched. It's not the first time I've seen this associate treat customers poorly. Today it was me. She is very rude and should not work serving customers. LaBelle is a small town and should continue to be kind to its residents and even those who are passing through.

Store exterior is filthy. How about wiping the grit off the outer door!
The employers were unfriendly, lazy, rude and indifferent. NO one of the 3 greeted us or we're eager to help us.
