Delivery drivers are no good whatsoever. Not to mention my two day shipping mail got delivered to the wrong address. They leave my mail at the neighbors house and now I’ve been waiting on an order. Said it was out for delivery on 07/12 and then tracking said it got sent to a different city and now it’s back to fort myers again. Now has to get sent back to LaBelle. Do better!

Delivery drivers are horrible, don’t forget people have cameras and can watch you never attempt to deliver packages and also look inside packages that for some reason have been opened Then say it wasn’t open when you delivered it. I’ve had at least 4 different separate issues that have never been resolved with video proof. Lazy, unprofessional and unfortunately still employed

I have gone to this location several times and it not swamped like where you can not help a customer

Let me start off by saying this post office is one of the nicest post offices that I’ve been to in the area for Myers. Lehigh are all terrible customer service. The customer service in theLaBelle location is phenomenal. starting off with the postmaster she is extremely nice sweet and very nice to her customers. The moment that you walk in you always see her helping customers in the front counter when her colleagues are busy attending to other customers you walk in she smiles and greets you just like all the other women that worked there are extremely nice and very friendly and helpful.

This is truly the most unprofessional Post Office I have EVER DEALT WITH! All the mail that’s properly addressed to me to my post office box at this location is being returned to sender as undeliverable! I have images to prove it! I even stopped in and spoke to someone working the counter, and they assured me that they were not doing that! Yes they are! Paid $100 for the stupid aggravation for six months and I’m receiving absolutely no benefit! Choose a different post office. This one sucks.!
