I had lost my semi-new 14 ProMax to the intracoastal waterway.
Numerous attempts to get to a Verizon Store had failed and nearly a week had passed since it took its last dive… or I had checked in.
Came to Labelle and ran across Dan and the crew at Russel Com. They made it beyond easy. Everything I asked for was a piece of cake and, in short order I was back in the 21st Century.

Angel Hernandez made my LaBelle Verizon experience enjoyable and educational. He took the time to explain all my options and show me the phones and their pros and cons. Although I didn't switch my plan this visit, when I do it will be with Angel at LaBelle Verizon.

WOW!!!!! We came to this store a couple of years ago and it was not a pleasant experience. So we have been going to Fort Myers to their Verizon for help and new phones. Today I decided to take my 85 year old Dad into the Labelle store to try and have them help us with a phone he just got and we could not have been more surprised!!!!The employees in the store… Lulu, Nick and Angel were three of the most helpful, knowledgeable, patient and truly kind people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Lulu helped my father get everything straightened out and I cannot stress enough how WONDERFUL and PATIENT she was!!!!! Nick and Angel helped as well and were also so helpful.If I owned a store, these would be the people I would pray to have helping other customers!!! Truly amazing experience!!!!

We moved to the area recently and Lulu was great in helping us get internet (jetpack) and to search for an appropriate phone plan/I pad for our new business. She was very friendly and was really patient/knowledgeable in answering our questions (I can't help it- I'm a n*** and usually ask a lot of detailed questions). Thank you for your help!!
