Labelle walmart is not handicap friendly. This store has only 3 handicap carts available and at least 4 carts in the back waiting for repair.

The walmart.com app sucks. I was charged on November 5 for a purchase I ordered on October 30. I thought someone had used my card or that my information was stolen. I called the walmart.com 800 number, and the customer service representative told me that I would have to take the issue up with my bank because she couldn't see on her end that I was charged today. Well isn't that convenient. I can't see on my end that I was charged on the 30th. I will not be using their services anymore.

Managers need proper training. 2 emails, a photo with name, email confirmation, app comformation & they refused to give me my order. Then they refused to cancel it. Sometimes this is an imperfect world & ID's get stolen. Unfortunately the managers there have no respect or common sense to problem solve when the customer is providing every form of proof available. I asked repeatedly if I can use other methods on my phone to prove my identity. Rather than understand the frustration they created with their lack of customer service or problem solving skills, they both continued to be disrespectful while lying to cover up the fact that all you need is a confirmation. Easier to blame the customer than accept accountability for behaviors that create frustration since a customer shouldn't have to explain anything personal to get her order. Funny enough the first manager said I can change my pick up person & they could get it. If can change the pick up person then why can't I get it myself? You would think the person that can authorize another person for pick up could just pick up. Especially since I can do so from the app right in the store. With the managers watching. Again lying, disrespectful, no common sense.

So disappointed with the people that work there. Not all of the people are bad but the supervisors are all horrible. They find any and every way to make you wait and not give you your money back. I got some underwear that on the rack the whole section of that brand was $9.99. when I got to self checkout they ran $15 but I didn't notice that until I looked at the receipt. So I went back there took a picture so I could show the lady as proof. When I finally got to the customer service desk the woman had to call for her boss to do the process of changing the price (which I understood) I had shown the lady the picture I had took. When the head woman showed up I also showed her the picture to which she said "those aren't what you got. The picture shows bikini not briefs!" I told her the whole section was like that, all of that brand said $9.99! At this point I was irritated because I had to wait a long time in that line. So when the lady says "I'm going to go back there and check myself!" As if I was lying she slowly started to walk but stopped and cliqued up with another worker as they were slowly walking to the area I got the undies. I HAD ENOUGH! I told the lady just give me my money back I don't want these anymore! So she gave me my money back and as I started to leave I noticed the boss lady had stopped and started to talk to 3 people. That was the last straw for me now I go to clewiston Walmart instead.

Although having a Walmart in Labelle was suppose to be convenient for my family and I, it has not been so. Almost every time my husband and I go shopping there we get followed around by their asset protection like we are thieves. I feel it's been done intentionally because my husband use to work there and the person in charge of asset protection obviously had/still has an unprofessional problem with him. Reason why he resigned to begin with. Unfortunately, after today, I will be taking our business elsewhere because of the lack of professionalism of this individual.

They have so many different kinds of sweets from Breads to pastries to cookies to loafs to cakes and puddings and donuts and cakes with pudding!! Makes choosing a very difficult decision. But I seem to manage it every time I'm there. LOL!!
