Seems they are very slow in filling the prescription after being sent to them by the doctor's office. Had to wait almost 24 hours to pick up the meds

Update :Finally came here and tried calling while in line and watched the light blink on their phone but ringer is off. Explains why I can't get through.5 days in a row try to call for a hr straight with NO answer not even a hold on and have personally been there picking up medications and watch them not answer when they are not busy and someone could pick up. This is stupid.why do I have to go to the store to get a answer. Gas isn't free.

Terrible service on filling prescriptions initially to be filled on 10/26/2023 then pushed back till today 10/27/2023 called to see if filled now not till 20/ 28/2023 I had never dealt with their pharmacy they are Terrible to say the list regert gcoming here!

Never answer the phone. They'll let you come back 5 times and wait in a 20 minute line before they tell you they don't have your Rx in stock.This has all happened a few times and I will never have another Rx sent there nor will I reference them to anyone else.Maybe one day they'll get better but that day isn't today.

Will not be back! Prescriptions from the week prior not ready. Techs too busy restocking pill bottle lids to really be bothered with customers. Poor overall customer service. Pharmacist appeared overworked with little to no actual help.

This is the worst place to receive prescriptions. When I call to find out about one they forgot to fill they tell me it won’t be ready till the next day. When I asked about getting it switched out to someplace else all of a sudden they have it in stock. So they proceeded to tell me it would be ready in 20 mins. My boyfriend drove me over there am NOPE WONT BE READY FOR ANOTHER HOUR OR SO!! remind you I just had surgery and explained this. Their excuse is that they are short staffed. They are not short staffed everyday or when I pick up other prescriptions but this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! We definitely need another pharmacy out here. Come on WALMART you can definitely do a lot better than what you are doing. If Publixs wasn’t so darn far I would definitely be going back there.

We always go out of our way to go to this location because all the other stores are never as clean and employees here are a lot more polite.

Stood at the counter to pick up prescription for 10 min. Was ignored the entire time. After 10 min asked if they would like me to come back after a set amount of time. They looked at me and ignored me. Asked again got told 1 minute. 10 min later I ask again do you want me to come back? No response two of us in line just waiting. I see a Walmart employee walking by I ask if there is anyone that can help me and the person behind me pick up our prescription. One of the ladies went and sat at the drop off spot after seeing us standing there. No one was at the drop off spot at this time. The worker went and asked if someone could help us. They said we said 1 minute. Well that was over 20 minutes ago. I was not annoyed they were busy I was annoyed after asking if I should come back the staff acted like we weren't there, instead of just saying if you don't mind we need about x amount of time to catch up and I would have walked away and came back later.Seems like you need a better system as they appear to only be concerned with phones and the drop off spot but not the actual picking up of the medicine.

They open at 9am today. Been calling since 9:05. It’s now 10:25. No answer. Just keep getting returned to the main menu after 10 rings. It’s a good thing I’m not dying right now but if I don’t these prescription prices and copay resolved I just might. Not a very good second experience with these people.

Bad experience with vaccine appointment. Chandra gave my husband a shot, way too high and caused spasms and pain. He never had any problems with shots before.Poor set up for vaccines. No social distancing, people walking past with no mask, and did not wipe off chairs.

The pharmacy techs can't even figure out how to bill the insurance correctly. It was great at the beginning but now it has gone down. I would rather go somewhere else where they know what they are doing.

The worst customer service. No everyone at the pharmacy is bad, but the pharmacist don’t care about the customers and when I tried to ask a question to one of the cashiers, she just talk me that go to another pharmacy. That’s exactly what I did, transfer all my medications to another pharmacy. I like to give 0 starts but google doesn’t let me do it.

Poor Drive thru pick up experience. They leave you waiting forever and when you call them they claim they are super busy inside, al the time. They have no system in place to handle a drive through and 1 of there drive thru machines has been out of order forever. I use to go to Winn Dixie for my prescriptions and they were horrible. I thought Walmart would have a better system in place, guess not! Send your prescriptions to Publix, they are faster and courteous.

Dan is the best pharmacist!!! His staff are very nice. There is a lady pharmacist ( not sure if she was training or if she was being trained)....who should not be so blunt and kind of mean. I couldn't believe how she acted. I asked the pharmacist there a week before to get my meds from another store. I gave a week's time. I called the day before I was going to Wal-Mart pharmacy to make sure they now had all my meds. That pharmacist hadn't gotten them. So when I came to ask for a few to be refilled... None of my meds were in Walmart yet. I patiently asked if an hour would be good.... Yes said this woman pharmacist....I had written out all my meds.... When to refill them....It was plain English. There were 3 to refill and three written prescriptions.... So I waited for a little bit.(looked at kitchen stuff)...I waited there for two hours and went to pay for them and..... There were supposed to be 6 and there were only 4. I said I'd go outside and bring things to my car and I'll come back in 20 minutes. I waited another half hour. At this point I was anxious. I'm handicapped. So....I went back to the pick up line.... The pharmacist Dan worked hard that day for me. Thank you Dan. It's too bad that the pharmacist the week before didn't do his job. I'm grateful to Dan the pharmacist!!! Thank you Sonia for being very kind.
