They allowed 2 accounts to be created under my name, DOB, phone number, therefore I was wrongfully charged for the duration of the contract. The club manager and area manager are passing me in circles and no one is helping me get reimbursed. I am extremely frustrated with how this situation is being handled.

I've had a membership for quite a time, and Besides all the Mockery from some of the other members yesterday when I finally decided to go, it's an alright gym nothing high class though.

My experience with Evette has been very positive and helpful.She did a great job explaining how to work each machine.I have been going there for 8 months and so far everything is going well.

I really like working out here at anytime fitness.Evette does a great job managing this gym. This gym is also kept very clean.I highly recommend this Anytime Fitness location!

Got turned away at the door. Lady was rather rude about it. She stopped me at the door and told me she was busy with a customer and then she was going to lunch so I'd have to make an appointment. When I asked if I could look around she told me "No. You have to sign a waiver first. And I'm with a customer and then going to lunch." Over all she seemed irritated that I had the audacity to walk up to the door and expect any sort of customer service. Worst experience I've ever had with any gym staff in 10 years of gym memberships.

Do not sign up for this gym unless you want to be stuck making payments forever that increase at any given point. I have tried to cancel my membership for three months and keep getting the run around. Corporate refuses to do anything except contact the local gym because they're individually owned. The local gym contacted me once and did not follow through on canceling so I am back to square one. When I call the finance company to pay my last fee, they cant do anything because the cancellation is not pending. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. This has been ridiculously time consuming and I have spoke to so many individuals on numerous occasions for many hours trying to end this contract. Legal action could be necessary. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

New management at this location treats customers HORRIBLY. The manager takes the batteries out of the office phone, so she is unreachable unless you physically go to the AF Lady Lake. I went in to cancel my (out of contract) membership after a price hike & the manager refused to do so. She pulled up my info on her tablet, showed me my profile, then said "I'm not gonna do it." She threatened to call the police on me while I was in her office, but the office phone had no batteries in it...

I have called numerous times and left messages. No return call. I had a meeting with the fitness trainer. He was a no show.Yvette is flustered each time I see her. She could not get my key to work 5 times in 3 visits. She has trouble using the iPad that requires the key to work.

After receiving 2 text reminders about my 5:30 appointment for a tour, I arrived 15 minutes early. I rang the doorbell and was let in by a member of the gym. He pointed out a woman saying: "That is the office manager." I approached her and used the name sent to me in the appointment reminders. She appeared to be caught off guard and responded rudely. I invited a friend to join me using the website's functionality. She dismissed us both rudely saying: "Go wait up front." She then came to the front and took the other party waiting ahead of us, eventhough she admitted her appointment was at 5:45. What was the point of making an appointment? She lost two memberships tonight. Perhaps she doesn't care. Either way, I pointed at the door. My friend got up, and without a word, we left. I told my friend that I did not like the manager's attitude, as we walked out. He quickly agreed. It wouldn't have taken much to sign up. Just a quick tour would have done the trick, but Yvette's poor demeanor has encouraged me to drive a few extra miles out of my way to a gym with nicer staff.

Worst gym to commit with. Is super easy to enroll but when you try to cancel your membership is impossible. You are committed for the rest of your life. Terrible customer service, they just doesn’t help at all.

Very clean. I do the circuit equipment to keep joints from freezing up. Staff is very helpful and they have different classes.

This is the best anytime fitness I have ever been to is very clean has a lot of space for equipment and you have a lot of space for equipment and you don't have a lot of old people watching you. ❤️

Wanted to join for a month. No options available. Only a 1 yr or 2 yr membersship. Facilities looked nice.
