It was really unprofessional. The girl that check me in told me I owed $50. But it turned out I didn’t owe anything. Then I made the comment that that was a big mistake and she said it wasn’t a big mistake. To me $50 is a big mistake since I didn’t owe it. Then I waited. 40 minutes and to my dismay it was because they were having trouble trying to check my insurance but no on told me the problem. Then a manager came back to the dental hygienes station and I explained to him my unpleasant visit and he said I was being rude. I was NOT. I did not say ANYTHING rude to the front desk person. He then told me I was rude. I WILL NOT be back!!!!

I would rate a negative number or zero but Google won’t allow. Went there this morning at about 830am. Severe pain in tooth. Abscess was cause. They had me wait for an hour and half before xray. Then in back room where I tried to explain issue. The doctor (female) who saw me didn’t want to do anything because of infection. I told them I was on antibiotics for a week now. Then she seemed upset they couldn’t turn me away with that excuse so she then said she won’t do anything if they aren’t able to numb it. I agreed to proceed. Then they had me go back out to the waiting room which was odd. Sat another half hour. Then brought me back to get blood pressure. Was 178/111 so they said they can’t do anything until I bring it down. The BP machines were failing numerous times until someone came over and did it manually. I asked if they can get the numbing on it then the pain may subside so then BP will drop. They refused to proceed. Said they will call Ambulance or I should go to ER because I’m at stroke level. This freaked me out. Left at 11:30a, so 3 hours for them to turn me away. Then went to ER and the doctors said I wasn’t at stroke level but elevated. 154/97 is what the equipment read. Disgusting how this dentist acted and how she seemed to not even want to help. Worse experience ever. Don’t go if you’re in pain. They don’t care. Also they were trying to charge me $1440 for an extraction. This is with my Guardian Dental insurance which I hear is the best out there. Avoid this place as a plague. Now reading these reviews I see why.

Stay away. If I could give Aspen 0 stars, I would.I went in March 2023, paid for the treatment plan and then saw a different doctor every time I visited. On one occasion I left Aspen in tears from the crass treatment I received from the doctor of the day, who treated me like he was looking into the mouth of a horse instead of a human being by the violent way in which he treated my jaw!I thought I was having a crown put in. They damaged the post when they took the provisional crown out (good job, Aspen), and now I need an extraction of the tooth. And here’s where it gets really bad. They worked on the wrong tooth! They actually damaged a good tooth that had already had a root canal and crown in place years ago!I can’t decide if they’re incompetent or crooks. Their newest dentist did an updated treatment plan and the tooth they were supposed to work on doesn’t appear on the treatment plan at all. Why? Because the tooth is healthy!Anyway you look at it, by intent or incompetence, I lost a perfectly good tooth, which would have happened anyways if they had worked on the one in the treatment plan because according to their new dentist, there’s nothing wrong with that one either!Anyone know of a good lawyer? Nothing less than a full refund and compensation for the tooth that was damaged by crass error will do.

I need someone to contact me ASAP. How can you take someone's money without finishing the services they paid for?A year later, we received a bill and services are NOT completed. How is that fair???Why don't you contact your patients or answer the darn phone? I'm about to hire a lawyer since you can not finish services and yet bill the full charges that were never completed.

They were really patient and in depth going over all my options and gave me a referral for oral surgery somewhere my insurance would cover. Very professional and kind staff would recommend them.

Till now I've only done good reviews for places that really deserve it. I've been going here for a few years but will not go back. They never answer the phone anymore, you can't make an appointment online and I paid my copay on a couple fillings before getting them done then I went back for a cleaning six months later and was told I had to pay another $370. They never once tried to call, send an email or letter. They suck?

Professional, accurate, efficient. Emily did a great job along with all others who assisted her and other people involved. The Receptionist and the Xray Tech. The Young man who took my money and the Tech that is working on my Denture. So promising.
