I am very impressed with John at this location, he assisted me with the purchase of my new iPhone. He was honest, straightforward and very helpful. I’ll be going back to the location for him to assist me with activating my new phone, I waited to do so until my “missing calendar/events” was fixed. Below is my review of assistance from Apple, support.
Shortly after a recent software upgrade I noticed all my Calendar and Events were gone! Needless to say I was frantic because my entire life events are stored on my iOS calendar. Went online had excellent assistance with Chat feature, was then moved up to a tech, we spoke via phone and almost immediately the problem was resolved and all my data was back. Very pleased with the exceptional customer service support. Thank you!

I would like to share my experience I had with AT&T recently. I went to the store in Lady Lake and John was the sales person who waited on myself and my husband . You should know we are in our 80's and we were switching from Verizon to AT&T. John took so much time helping us because being older we certainly aren't computer savvy. He was so patient and helpful that I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good experience with buying a phone. He was with us for 4 hours and also gave us his business card to call or come see him if we had any questions or problems.
AT&T should know what a wonderful representative they have in John. In our world today there's not many salespeople like John.

Had an issue with one of our phones but realized that getting a new phone is better economically with an upgrade.Philip was the wonderful representative who guided us through the process, answering our questions & on top of that no pressure what so ever.Left satisfied with 2 new IPhones.

After 30 + years with overpriced AT&T they had nocare about losing a long time customer who has excellent credit rating. I have nothing nice to say about AT&T at this time.

John and manager Austin worked hard to resolve some issues we had with the FirstNet service. Austin went above and beyond to make sure to honor the promotions we would have lost after being denied from FirstNet. Thank you guys!
