Always take very good care of my babies go over their lab work over their exams and if anything needs to be taken care of we take care of it and I come back for a follow up exam. Doctor Moses is great.

Usually is good but this time the lady at the front was picking 3 calls while I was standing there waiting for her and when I asked someone else for help because I was picking up my cat she said everybody was on Lunch. So I had to wait because there was nobody there to bring my cat. Crazy and awful attitude

I got my dog Braely from the animal shelter just 2 years ago. She has made a lot of progress but HATES the vet office experience. But, Dr. Jaime Vazquez at the Lady Lake Crossings office is out of this world fantastic with her!!! I truly feel that he sees her as a canine to be helped/taken care of not “an aggressive Pitbull mix” that can’t be seen!!! Braely is a loving dog but has had some trauma in her previous homes. Dr. Jaime makes us feel heard & seen as her pet owners. He is calm with her, he talks to her as he is sedating her, and is just a blessing to her!
His vet tech/assistant yesterday was a blessing as well! She also made us feel so much better about Braely’s behavior because she completely understood.
It’s so hard to find this kind of caring staff because not everyone has that small, cute little lap dog that doesn’t make a sound in the office.
Please pass this along as needed because Banfield has one awesome office & staff at the Lady Lake Crossings office in Florida!!!

We had a very positive experience today from the receptionist on the phone, to the quick appointment and the vet assistant checkup & our personal visit with Dr. George. Each member of the staff is very helpful, kind & helpful.

My husband asked where the veterinarian went to school and how long he has been practicing when he dropped the cat off for his first visit. They called him four hours later and told him since he asked about the vet’s credentials, he has no interest in seeing our cat and to come pick him up. What kind of business is this?! I would worry if someone wasn’t interested in this information!

They have an affordable monthly payment plan which covers all vet visits for my 12 year old geriatric dog who's losing his eyesight and has developed arthritis. It also covers his blood work and dental cleaning. There are many perks I didn't mention, check them out! The staff has also been so nice and friendly. They treated my old man very well, and were very good and patient with him. I'll never switch vets again :)
