not so much this branch, but the fact that this bank as a whole likes to give you the run around and give you a million different answers and tell you that the last person you talked to was wrong and make you feel like you’re stupid is not the best business practice especially for a bank………

Awful. We had an appointment and were 15 minutes early and left after waiting 30 minutes past the appointment time. This place does not deserve one star.I do not recommend doing business here.

I wish there was a spot to give no stars!! This is the worst run bank in the history of banking. I understand we live in a community where it may be difficult to have the proper amount of staff on, due to the fact it is an area with a great deal of retirees. BUT there is ALWAYS ONE TELLER on the window and one at the drive through. This place is a joke. They have 3 people sitting at desks and a person to greet you when you come in. Most of the time the greeter is just trying to get you to use the ATM or some other method. That makes it easier for THEM not ME! When its not busy for the 2 siting at desks, how about they get BEHIND THE COUNTER AND HLEP WITH THE LINE!!!!!! Will be moving my money out of here to someplace that has better hours and better clue on staffing.

45 minutes waiting stuck in Drive-through Arrived at a 3:30got through the line at about 4:15 tried to call but they are closed off to phone calls after 4:00

Always busy and understaffed. Waited 30 minutes just to see someone to renew a CD, and then he didn't even know the current rates. Customer service here is non-existent.

Absolutely horrible. I have never been able to get in and out of a Bank of America bank in less than 30 minutes. Waiting in line for over 45 minutes just trying to make a deposit. They close to early to go when you get off work and don't open till 9:00. Would never personally bank with them. Wish I didn't have to deal with them at all.

Worst customer service ever arnasus was to tell her very, very rude. Not respectful.I will never go to this location ever again and suggest that no one else does either till they hire more customer friendly people

I had a terrible experience going into this bank last Friday seeking information. When I came in I was approached by a young man who did not introduce himself and asked what I needed. He then proceeded to ask personal ID questions and requested information in the center of the bank. Did not invite me to his cubicle for privacy. When he was looking on his computer about my stuff he did not explain what he was doing, or again ask me to come for privacy reasons to the cubicle. I had to ask what he was doing and then he presented his response in a demeaning tone.

I came to BOA to open an account. I was greeted warmly and told there were a couple of people ahead of me. Every 5 minutes someone came out to check on me and to assure me it would be a few more minutes. After about 12 minutes I saw a customer service agent. She was delightful and helped me set up my social security auto pay , my trust accounts, checking/ debit card and safe deposit box. I felt very confident that I made the right decision on BOA.
