I am 55 now and have been a patron myself for many years. Of course there are now many more branches which was the reason for the name change. Great customer care hands down. “I have been to this bank several times in the last weeks; I am helping a neighbor get some home improvements. I like this bank! It has easy and shaded parking; I was always greeted with a smile; there is a comfortable place to relax if I needed to wait; the car and home loan rates are competitive and efficient; there was always a quick in and a quick out; and the employees seemed very nice and helpful. I was assigned to Maria M as the bank adviser, and things went very well!! I will be back!!!”

“I wish there was a spot to give no stars!! This is the worst run bank in the history of banking. I understand we live in a community where it may be difficult to have the proper amount of staff on, due to the fact it is an area with a great deal of retirees. BUT there is ALWAYS ONE TELLER on the window and one at the drive through. This place is a joke. They have 3 people sitting at desks and a person to greet you when you come in. Most of the time the greeter is just trying to get you to use the ATM or some other method. That makes it easier for THEM not ME! When its not busy for the 2 siting at desks, how about they get BEHIND THE COUNTER AND HLEP WITH THE LINE!!!!!! Will be moving my money out of here to someplace that has better hours and better clue on staffing.”

“This is one of the best branches I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and always helpful. The nasty reviews about this location are not correct. I would never bank at any other Chase location. All the staff know me and know my family. They are the best and the service has gotten better over the years. TOP RANKED SERVICE!!! Those who are negative has their own issues. Banks can only do so much. Mind your money and who you do business with, this way, you may prevent problems like hacking and other fraud issues. Everyone needs to just be nice. These fine folks get yelled at everyday by nasty Villagers. I have seen this first hand. They are horrible to these people. They dont deserve it!”
