Mr. Ryan, the manager, leads with such kindness and professionalism, and Jahaira (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) along with Alyssa, Brittany and Anthony there are truly amazing. Every single person greets you with a smile, takes their time with you, and makes you feel welcomed and valued.
What really stands out to me is how personal they are. They remember your name. They remember conversations. They genuinely connect with you. Those little things matter so much, and you just do not see that level of customer service everywhere anymore.
In a world where banking can feel cold and transactional, this branch feels warm, human, and relational. It is the kind of place you actually enjoy walking into.
I always say it feels good “sowing your money into good ground,” and that is exactly how Trustco Leesburg feels trustworthy, caring, and community-focused.

“Charles and Susan are friendly, has patience, very informational. Dress professionally. I love how old school the bank is. They still give you a check book, deposit book or savings book. Many wonderful plans/options. If you haven't already, then there's time today to open an checking or savings account.”

“I am not a customer of Insight Credit Union but I am reviewing them for my elderly mother who is. A few weeks ago, my mother was the victim of an online romance scam. I found out about it after it was so late and she already mailed the criminals over $22,000 in cash which she withdrew from her retirement. I asked her which bank gave her that much cash without drawing suspicion. She said she went to her credit union, Insight, and they refused to cash it and told her it was a scam. A predatory check cashing business allowed her to cash the check for a $1000 fee with no questions asked. I am so sad my mother lost this money but I'm grateful that Insight looks out for the elderly, unlike Prudential Annuities and Amscot Check Cashing. Great job, Insight!”

“Had to go to Suntrust today to get quarters for laundry. Lobby was closed (due to COVID I'm sure) and the drive-thru lanes were super busy. Wanted to shout out to the teller working the drive thru in early afternoon -- despite how busy it was she was calm, super friendly, and very efficient.
