I ordered a vehicle dash camera from this store and scheduled an install for the 14th of February. The morning of the install, I was called and informed they would have to reschedule due to an employee calling off. They rescheduled me for the 22nd; however, two days prior to the appt, the order was cancelled and stated the monies would be refunded back to the Best Buy card. My first issue was the balance on that card had already been paid off by my personal account. Then, when I called Lady Lake to inquire about the next steps, I was transferred to the Ocala Customer Service line. I asked if they could call Lady Lake and confirm they still had the camera, because of a concern someone else would buy it off the floor, or from the stock room before I reordered it and the appt would have to be changed again. I did not want to drive 18 miles to find out this was the case. I was pretty much made to feel like a joke by Ocala's customer service for making that request and was even laughed at, all because this store can not do their job, or communicate with their own customers for that matter. They lost a sale. Best Buy should change their name, as the items in their store are less somewhere else. Poor customer service.

I went in to buy a microwave today and there was only one person working in the appliance department during the Presidents’ Day sale. He was helping another couple planning a kitchen and I waited for 10 minutes before somebody came and greeted me someone who seemed to be a manager came over and asked me if I’ve been checked in I said, where do I check in? He didn’t respond. He just asked my first name and he said I’ll put you on the list, I walked out of the store. I’m very disappointed in the service. The only person that was consistent with greeting with the man posted at the door. After leaving there I went to another retailer and bought the microwave and the stove and spent over $3000 your loss Best Buy

My former phone was run over by a car and screen crushed. Needed help transferring data to new phone and the Geek Squad was wonderful! So very thankful for them and for getting my data back.

Best Buy used to look like a shining star. Now it looks like a rummage sale.The help seems to run when they see you coming, and when you can nail them down, they don't know much about their products. There wasn't anybody at the cash register for at least 5 minutes. Not many people in the store. weekday rush hour, I think they're going out of business.

Ordered a 77" TV over the phone that they normally don't stock. Told me it would arrive on Thursday at 10am. Wednesday at 11am I received a text that the TV was ready in stock. Drove down to Best Buy and picked up the TV in less than 30 minutes and headed home. No hassle, alert and courteous associates. What a pleasure!

Got a printer there. Prices are the same as online, like Amazon, so better to buy at a store like this were you can return or ask questions. Plus it's just valuable to actually see the product in real life...so get off the PC or phone and go to a real store!

Lewis showed me all the things I was looking for. He was very professional and patient and helpful and gave me Insight on the Sonos speakers and turntable I was looking at. My only complaint now about Best Buy and certainly no complaint about Lewis is that Best Buy's Geek Squad is absolutely useless not worth the money and I would recommend that nobody use it.

Never believe anything that they say on their website about product being able to be shipped overnight. Every item that said was available if I ordered in so much time I would get it next days. That never happens and there is always a delay.

Well first off it you are in the area the only person you should go to for pc repair or tablets phones whatever is me. Cus 1 I won't empty ur bank. 2 I'm way cheaper. 3 I'm way better. And 4 I make sure u get exactly what u want in under 2 days . Repairs software whatever I'm your guy find me on fb mike perkowski. I even do house calls. I guarantee this. Best buy is over priced and put all the small guys to the curb. I'm a cracker and a small time hacker I'll fix it. For half the price guaranteed. But best was ac friendly and I love seeing people hate there environment, ?not really it's depressing. Going to best buy is worse than going to the the animal kill shelter. Try me pm me and let me fix your electronics.
