So far, I’m giving this three stars based on my interaction with your staff at the Lady Lake store Johanna I must say is not a very polished professional to be representing your front desk. She is very dismissive very rude, and somehow thinks her presence is so important that the client takes a second chair, I don’t care dealing with her at all. My second issue is when I drop my car off I was told it would be 2 to 3 days. A week later I sent two emails and called twice. Derek told me that there has been a problem with the part and that they had to get a new one and let my car What is wrong with this picture? Shouldn’t have called me during that week to tell me this information. It’s not like I have a fleet of cars in my driveway to drive during that week. I’m a full-time caretaker to my elderly parents and I need my car. I haven’t even picked it up. I’m picking it up today, so this is based solely on my communication or lack there of with your store. I’m less than impressed. Your front desk is your main problem. Johanna should not be at your front and I read this and other reviews she’s not very tactful so when I pick up my car, I will update this based on the quality of the work and the way I’m treated. I also think your estimate was very high, especially for a $300 part used part as a corporation I think you should correct these problems one by getting rid of Johanna that’s your first step. Stay tuned for my update.As suspected, Johanna treated my 84 year old father with dementia horribly as we checked out, he asked for a receipt and she basically chastised him by saying one thing at a time by pointing at him then she started up with me again she is a very poor example of what you want representing your company. You have lost a customer and I will tell everyone in the Villages about your service even though my car looked decent. I will never return to your establishment because of Johanna at the front desk. She is not classy, dirty, uncapped, and rude do better.

Very pleasant, friendly professional ! They ordered my parts and before I new it they had the part and took the car . Then they got my car completely fixed in a few days, 2 days early! I would definitely use them again ?

Had to leave my crashed van in their lot but their Dropbox for keys was out of envelopes and their voice-mail was full so I couldn't leave a msg. I called the next am to let them know I left it but the person answering the phone angrily explained she wasn't happy about me leaving it there and even after explaining the situation she didn't change her tone or improve her attitude.Received a phone call the following day from a man stating that he did the estimate and posted pics as required by statefarm but his report was so lacking in detail that we still had to get an appraiser to go out to his lot and fix the report.Don't recommend using this place if thTs how their customer service is and work isn't complete when done.

Hands down the worst body shop I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I would never recommend this place based on the work they provided. They even left a vape pen and trash in the vehicle, classy. The work was incomplete and they claimed their “booth was “down” after taking possession of the car back to redo the unfinished work. I wouldn't use this shop even if they did accept my insurance. The woman at the front desk just now was rude from the minute I arrived. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me. This is who represents the front of your house? Do better.
