“I’ve always had great service at this Circle K.It’s one of the busiest, given the location, but the employees are always happy, professional and personable.I’d like to give a shout out to one in particular. Rob literally makes my day happy! His kind and happy personality is so infectious that I look forward and hope he’s working when I go inside for something.I don’t even mind when it’s busy there because he works hard to clear the line and still gives personalized attention to each and every customer.Being a “local guide” I tend to view what other local guides post, just to see if they tend to nitpick or are generally a dissatisfied person/customer all around with negativity on most or even all their reviews.I wish Google reviews would tweak this because there are many people that will never be pleased with any service or business, no matter how they try to please them.It’s been so challenging during this last year for everyone with this pandemic. We’ve all had to re-learn how to do everything but it’s been much more challenging for our businesses. They’ve had to rehire and retrain employees, not to mention trying to keep up with sanitizing, literally everything in the store as well as restocking. Their suppliers short on goods etc.I’m grateful Circle K has remained open and kept employees coming in for the needs of our very busy community.So, THANK YOU to all the employees, managers, suppliers etc.., especially Rob, who keeps customers like me patronizing this location specifically just to get my dose of the true meaning of what’s important in life.Edit... “I think they're becoming complacent here. The detail team was not firing on all cylinders. This was a cloudy day and very few people. I thought I would get better service because there was nobody behind me. Some were good, some were lazy. They left a lot of water spots and uncleaned dirt spots. They need more competition in our neighborhood.”
