Called again at end of June. Said they would have manufacturer look at it. No one came. Called again, said they would send someone to check. Person came , took pictures check floors left. Nothing happened. Called again. Mark the manager came and looked at the floors. Said he would take care of it. Nothing happened. Called again, asked for Mark. They said Mark no longer works for them. Worked with Dennis to special order a hand held shower head combo and we specifically asked for a device that was made of actual chrome and metal. My husband had to drive all the way to Ocala to pick it up and got plastic, when we were assured it would be real chrome. Never going here again.

We spent over $20,000 on flooring with them. A few months later a bottle broke in the closet and stained the carpeting. We had a remnant so we called them to patch the stained area. They came out promptly but charged us the top of their estimate which I thought was a little high but you pay for quick service.

I recently bought shower tile and supplies from this company. The staff in the store were knowledgable and very helpful hence the 2 stars. The owner on the other hand borders on sleazy. When I picked up the tile one box about a hundred dollars worth of tile was broken the owner who was loading the tile convinced me to take them and he would order replacements .For the next month or so while I completed the job I was in out of the store several times for advice or just to see about the broken tile, they were always looking into it or the owner was away etc. finally today when I went in I was told I had waited to long and there would be no refund. I would recommend AGAINST doing business with this company if they will go these lengths for $100 what would they do for thousands. The number of stars for the owner is zero.

Carpet One, and particularly Laura West, were wonderful and very helpful choosing the perfect backsplash for our new kitchen. They were willing to work around our snow bird schedule. Installation was professional and the job came out amazing,! We are very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Worst company I've ever dealt with...sold us the wrong carpet for our application, refused to even look at the problem nor would they stand behind it. For less than $500 we replaced the carpet with another company. I will write as many reviews as possible. They are simply arrogant.

We were sold outdoor carpet that was supposed to be resistant to mold and mildew and would last 8 to 10 years. In the first year, despite our cleaning efforts including scrubbing the carpet by hand, the carpet is in bad shape. This company refuses to consider standing behind their product and offering a replacement solution. The owner was insulting when contacted directly. Find someone else to provide carpet and flooring.

Jason and Ryan came out to do an estimate to remodel my home due to flood damage. They were very detailed in their activity and came back with an estimate promptly. As I was dealing with negotiations with the insurance company, Jason & Tom worked with me on picking out cabinets and flooring. They were very helpful. Due to battling with the insurance company over prices, I chose to use another person whom I am very familiar with and who was able to work with the amount the insurance company would give. But I will never forget the help I received from these guys and will keep them in mind for any other project that may arise.

DO NOT GO TO CARPET ONE VILLAGES/OCALA. My nightmare started on the second home I built/remodeled using them as my flooring sub. Both jobs were not small...each between $20,000-$25,000. To start, they basically refused to provide timely estimates. I had my eye on very expensive $10/sf tile that was discontinued. They confirmed they could order the amount I needed, but by the time they actually got around to getting me the estimate and ordering it, it was gone. This was after me bugging them trying to get them to place my order. I was ready for flooring in late September. I had everything picked out by mid-August. They did not order the floor, even after me constantly begging them, till mid-November. Because I run everything through my dad, who is a Builder, we have an accounting department that takes two weeks to process invoices for all the subs. Even after countless times of me explaining this, Carpet One still couldn't understand the concept. They would provide me with an estimate and then demand payment. Who demands payment off an estimate without even giving an invoice? Carpet One even wanted me to sign estimates that were incorrect. When I refused to sign until it was changed, they said I was the reason everything was held up. When they finally got around to doing the work at our personal home, they went through our garage and used OUR tools and materials. They also never showed up when we were expecting them, and took much longer than what they said. I have high-end LVP running through the entire house, and because they did not prep the slab correctly, there are soft spots EVERYWHERE. The tile was installed incorrectly without the pattern we had designed. They did re-do, thankfully. Carpet One also had to go back 3 times to fix the kitchen backsplash. It was so wavy and unacceptable that one of our employees had to show the installer how to do it. They cut the tiles with a grinder, making a mess of the entire backsplash. They also blamed the waviness of the tile on our cabinets being unlevel. The cabinets are set with a laser, and somehow magically our employee was able to make the backsplash correct. But wait, there's more. I needed more plank floor for the first home I built using Carpet One. For two months they told me they had ordered the floor, and “it should be here any day nowâ€. After having enough smoke blown up my pant-leg, I finally had to go to a different Carpet One in Apopka where they ordered the floor and provided me with the product within 5 days. Lastly, I have warranty issues with grout on both homes that need to be addressed. I have brought this to their attention multiple times via calls, emails, and texts since a week before Christmas. They needed to adjust my final bill from a mistake on their part. I waited 3 weeks for the final invoice. The owner's wife sent it to me on a late Friday afternoon, and demanded my payment the next Monday. In what world is that actually legitimate? They told me “Finish paying us in full and we will do whatever you want.†Well I didn't just fall off the turnip truck last week. I paid 75% of the bill that I owed them, saying that I would have the check in-hand at the job site when they came to fix the grout.

Happy Repeat Customers! Jim and I wanted to update our home and could not be happier! The showroom was huge and had so many options I almost didn't know what to choose there were so many good ones! We had our tile installed in our bathrooms and kitchen this past week and it looks lovely from the floor to the walls and back splash! I would be happy to recommend them for all types of flooring, the staff was professional and knowledgeable and the in home measurement was a breeze. I was really nice being able to drive to the store in our golf cart too. We had our bedroom carpets done a few years ago and they still look great! Thanks for another quality job and excellent service!
