No stars, would be preferable. I tried to open a business account with these guys nothing but problems. Rude and dismissive! So I went down the road to Wells Fargo, much nicer people and no issues at all opening my new account.

I called the bank , Chase directly 4 times to talk to someone, and no one answered the phone on 10/11/23 on 10/12 the next day I met with the person buying my truck at the bank to do a transaction and to make it easier I wanted to open an account. I waited inside 10 minutes and was never greeted, so I asked a teller if some could help. Phil Cambers, Assistant Vice President Private Client Banker, then approached me to ask what I needed. I stated one of his bank customers was going to transfer a large sum of money into a new account I wanted to open. He said, well I don't have time for you! I have appointments all day. What kind of account and can you do direct deposit and if you can't you can't open an account. How damn rude he was and his tone of how he spoke. I end doing my business at my bank TD BANK who I will never cheat on or even think about going somewhere else. Mind you the teller was nice. I give this bank ZEROS FOR POOR AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is one of the best branches I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and always helpful. The nasty reviews about this location are not correct. I would never bank at any other Chase location. All the staff know me and know my family. They are the best and the service has gotten better over the years. TOP RANKED SERVICE!!! Those who are negative has their own issues. Banks can only do so much. Mind your money and who you do business with, this way, you may prevent problems like hacking and other fraud issues. Everyone needs to just be nice. These fine folks get yelled at everyday by nasty Villagers. I have seen this first hand. They are horrible to these people. They dont deserve it!

I would give 0 stars. What a pathetic bank. No one ever answers the phone. No one calls you back. You can’t access your money when you need. I would never do business here again

I’ve been a victim of fraud 4 times using my debit and credit card accounts and no one could/would stop it. When I went into the bank the 4th time I confronted the rudest employee who told me he was too busy to help me and that I’d have to find another branch. Well, I closed out all of my 6 accounts because they couldn’t stop the fraud from happening to me on my online and mobile sites. I have NEVER in all my years as a Chase client have I ever experienced such blatant disregard for my business. Now I can’t get anyone to tell me where we are in the process of recovering my money. I shredded all checks and debit and credit cards and I’m still not safe and I still know nothing. I will NEVER EVER recommend Chase Bank any longer. You people have left a sour taste in my mouth and I can’t in good conscience recommend you any longer. Michele T.

I have no words to describe the hostility the tellers and personal banker show towards customers, and little knowledge the tellers have of the system.I came in to close one of the accounts I have with Chase, and get checks printed for another account. The teller helping mixed up the accounts, and at some point they couldn't retrieve the funds I was withdrawing.Another two tellers had to step in, and when I asked what was the issue, and requested the balance printed, the became nervous and very hostile, apparently I was "asking too many questions"I had signed a withdrawal slip, and a third teller threw another slip on the counter, and told me to sign. When I asked what happened to the original slip, she said she shredded it, however I complained that it was not standard to request that I should sign two separate withdrawal slips, and could lead to fraud. Finally the teller exasperated and reached into the garbage can, and threw it at me, and said "happy now?"To which I said so it wasn't really shredded after all.She said, "well, that's how we do it here" with a cynical tone, and added : "if you don't like it ......" and she walked away.I will be closing my other account as well next week. These tellers must be Re-trained on bank procedures, fraud prevention, and learn about how to properly address the bank customers.

Just went to Chase to open new accounts only 1 banker in and he is to busy to help. I was told I can go to another Chase bank and when I asked where are other locations near by I was told I can Google it ! Then I was told over near the high school well I do not know where the High school is. I asked if another location will have people that can assist but they do not know.

This branch has zero customer service skills. I wasn’t greeted by anyone nor was I told by the female teller in front of me working on a drive thru transaction that someone would be right with me. When I decided to just tell her I needed to speak to someone about opening an account she acted inconvenienced because she’d have to get a banker for me. So I sat down to wait. She then came over and just pointed to show me who to go to. So I went back to the mans office. He was on his phone and had no idea why I walked in. So I sat down to tell him and he informed me that he can’t open an account for me. So I asked why she sent me to him and his response was I don’t know. Then realized why and wanted to explain how he’s gone from full to part time or something which I didn’t need a full blown story about. So I go back and sit down to wait again and I’m told there’s only one banker in and they’re booked solid so I’d have to make an appointment for tomorrow. So I told her I’d be going to a different bank instead and she pulled attitude and said that’s fine. I only gave one star because zero isn’t an option. So do yourself a favor and skip this location.

I always thought Chase was a wonderful bank but not anymore. After being a 30 year plus customer I closed my checking acct , because of the fees that they are deciding to have even though I have direct deposit which means I should not have fees . this branch in Lady Lake is suppose to be a Chase Private Client , the Manager is nasty and the teller is rude . it is a shame that a bank that use to have a really good reputation has failed so badly
