“I went to Jacob for advice on video cameras. It wasn't what he normally does but he gave me solid advice and he was patient. I also told him I had a lap top that wouldn't close anymore even though it was relatively new. He let me know that it was a common problem with the brand I had. That gave me confidence that he had extensive expertise with computers.
I went back and bought a new laptop. Jacob's computers handled everything from backing up the data on the broken laptop, transferring data to the new lap top and even advising me on ways to save money by canceling unnecessary programs. He diligently worked to find me a lap top that would meet my needs.
What impressed me most of all is that Jacob's Computers service is comprehensive while being the kindest and most generous service professional I've come across in a long time.
