Prices are higher than some, but the service is well worth it. Other patio sets needed to be put together and with the set we bought, it would have taken 15 to 20 hours to set up ourselves. The set came fully assembled and delivered for free. Well worth the extra money. I highly recommend Coral's Casual Patio

We bought a patio set there and after just a few months of less than average use the cushions were flat and the fabric stretched. We contacted them because they had a warranty and we're told nothing they could do normal wear and tear. Should have gone to Home Depot. These people Just don't care

Nice, reasonably priced patio furniture and wall hangings. Fireplaces look nice, but we haven't gone there yet. We love our two orders of patio furniture and the ability to re-order cushions. The cats all approve of the cushions too. Delivery was to the patio and was appreciated so much. Wall art/hangings are very reasonable.

What ever happened to treating customers politely? As if you value their business? Hey OWNER if you're NOT "the male salesperson" pay attention.... he is driving customers away from your business and we are just the ones taking the time to post and say something. For everyone of us there are 10? 20? Or more EX-prospective customers that haven't said anything here... but have told friends & family BEWARE! If the rude male salesperson is THE owner... it's hopeless. If there is no response to this YELP... it's hopeless.

We have purchased here twice. Both times they were very professional and accommodating. The first thing was a conversation set that had to be ordered. The items arrived earlier than expected and were delivered as promised. The second was in stock and they went out of their way to get it loaded in our SUV. Both times their prices were better than other stores we checked.

We have three fireplaces in a vintage home we are renovating. Having opted for electronic options we went to this store hoping to find suitable products. The first visit went fine and we explained our needs and our 4k budget for the project. We went a second time just to check out the technology of the fireplaces. My wife just wanted compare them, imagining how they might look in our application. The male sales person was snarky and rude when she said she just wanted to look this time. I was quite shocked that anyone would treat a customer that way, especially one who is going to make a substantial purchase. We like to take our time before spending that amount of money; I gather that is not allowed at this store. We walked out, honestly disappointed because this store is so close to our home. We have since made our purchases elsewhere at a better price and with people who seemed genuinely interested in our needs and shopping style.

Phoned to ask about an advertised item...was not in stock...tried to sell me something that didn't match what I have..and when I said I did not want to order, she hung up on me...terrible customer service!!
