This place take your money want here 2 times for color and cut every the color don't stay do not no cut hair sold me product don't work going to return this time some product I decide don't want those I didn't use didn't want to take back only exchange my receipt did say anything.

I want to highly recommend thank and recommend Charleny for doing a wonderful job on my request. She took her time on my hair to get the outcome I wanted. She was very professional told me step by step what she was doing and why. Very professional and kind. Cosmera hair studio is very clean organized and full of knowledge. Thank you all. I love it.

OMG! Let me start with the positive, Nice place CERTAIN WORKERS HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE like charley and Amber. I did my research before i went the owner is dominican and from new york which i am too so i thought perfect maybe i will get that dominican style experience. No being racist at all if you from new york dominicans dominate New york city salons. Well i made and appointment with NOELIA and let me just start by saying i know my hair was uneven in the back ! but not in the front ! and i haven’t cut my hair in a year so i had some reconstruction to do. but i didn’t want layers that look like a mullet ! big chop on my hair ! and super uneven. I hate doing my hair at the moment this hair cut and style was suppose to be for my birthday and i was embarrassed! spend $3xx.00 next day the owner tried to fix it and fails because certain places in the front are too short and i didn’t want to cut off any more hair. but she fixed it a little bit better and offered me to recolor my hair and give me a treatment free of service okay great redemption, right? WRONG!!! she suddenly forgot about the coloring and stated the treatment is expensive like okay and so was my first service that she didn’t even style !!!!! okay let’s continue so after she is done with the free service i’m literally coming out from washing my hair she says she will meet me in the front and was about to make me walk out with wet hair!! i don’t know about any owner but i know j would never let my customers walk out of my salon wet absolutely not !!! what pissed me off is that Noelia didn’t even offer to style it for even a FEE! like if i don’t have money!! i literally asked charley to style my hair and she got amber to do it and she tired and was nice but my hair is just messed up!!!!! MULLET IN THE FRONT !!!! UGLY !!!! Noelia has no customer service skills. even if she was only doing what the owner told her to do. I was your customer and i left both times feeling horrible I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE SALON! even if you paid me !

Leslie has been doing my hair since 2009. She has always done a wonderful job and always knows exactly what I want! I don’t trust anyone else with my hair and highly recommend choosing her to be your stylist!

Kristie is awesome! Listened to what I wanted, gave advice on what would and wouldn’t work and why. Then while giving a great haircut gave me tips on handling/taming my curls ? Highly recommend her!

Worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had. Went in for a color and the stylist, Leslie missed coloring a section of bangs and thought it was perfectly ok and said it looked cute anyway. She didn’t highlight the areas I asked to have done and then when I complained she didn’t even offer to fix it. I now have to go elsewhere to have a color correction done. This is the last dollar this salon will ever get from me and I’ll be sure and let everyone I know to avoid this stylist at all cost

I visited this salon the first week of December 2023 and paid $210. for root color and highlights. The receipt had "cut and style" on the charge for the root color , but the salon advised they always put that on the receipt. The color is good, but not that good. Not returning.
