I went through the drive thru to pickup my daughter’s prescription. After telling my daughters name and birthdate the lady said $17.20. I asked if she would please run the insurance information I gave them last month and she told me it wasn’t going to work, slammed the phone down and went and got someone else. This person did not know the situation and was coming in blind. I told the person I would like my insurance to be charged for the prescription. She told me I could t use the insurance because I was using a discount card. I proceeded to ask for the prescription as she did not understand what I was saying. The “shift manager” got back on the phone and demanded $17.20. While I got my card out of my wallet she said something through the phone. I said “excuse me” because I didn’t hear what she said. She reply’s, “I wasn’t talking to you!”. I said, “That’s fine but you don’t need to speak to me that way.” She responds with, “You need to learn how to be a mother and learn how to take care of your kids!”, meanwhile all 5 of my children are in the vehicle witnessing this. She then proceeds to say,” You need to stop coming in here bothering us with your insurance and just pay for the prescription.” I said, “Well, with how I’ve been treated today, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.” She started yelling,” Good! We don’t want to deal with you anyway! Don’t ever come back!” Then another employee took the phone out of her hands and put my card, prescription and receipt in the box and pushed it out to me. I am beyond upset that someone could go off the rails when I’m asking for them to assist me with charging this medicine to the insurance for my disabled daughter. I will never return to this store.

Cashier man person extremely rude my last two visits. Talked to store manager. She didn't seem concerned.

Wish I could give zero stars. Rude and unhelpful person at drive thru. Will never return to CVS. I just wanted the cheapest possible price for my meds. After waiting in a long hot line!!!

My doctor tried calling in a prescription for me yesterday for over 3 hours (2pm-5pm). Each time the phone rang for well over 10 minutes with nobody answering. I called and got the same issue. I then called the main line to see if ANYONE in the store would answer, after 3-4 minutes of ringing, a man answered and I asked if the pharmacy was open and explained. He said it was open until 8pm and he could transfer me.and someone should answer. I said that I doubt it'll do any good. 10 MORE minutes of ringing and I never got anyone on the phone. Needless to say, I ended up having my Dr call in my antibiotic at another CVS location and may just go somewhere else from now on.

Deplorable customer "service" by Sara, the store manager. Nasty, argumentative, lied to my face regarding standard operating procedures in their pharmacy. Will be contacting the regional manager of the store to file a formal complaint given I was made to feel like a criminal only to have my script filled successfully at the same store the next day. This woman needs to be fired for the way she treated me.

Liz in the pharmacy is fantastic. She took the extra time to let us know we could get a manufacturers coupon for an extremely expensive medication. When we came back with the necessary registration for the medication, she took the time and verified it for us. She called us promptly with great news. We went from a $1200 plus prescription to a $30 prescription. She is a rockstar and deserves a call out for excellent customer service. Thank you Liz!

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the county. The help is rude and very smart mouth to me. I waited in the drive through for 12 minutes before the tall redhead told me to wait as she waited on walk in customers first these people came in after me. So if you want lousy service go here.

Very disorganized gave wrong Meds one timeYell out what’s my prescriptions are over speakerUnderstaffed bad management. NEVER on my time say they will be ready in hour lucky if you get them that or the next. No communication poo attitudes.

SLOW, They did not bother to answer the phone after nine minutes dealing with a machine. I went to the CVS one prescription was ready, but the second one was not ready. They had to "rebill" me because I have a insurance card. A big waste of two hours of my life. NEVER to go back to this CVS again.

If you don't want to work with customers then get a different job! RUDE, argumentative, made rude remarks about what I was buying, wanted me to PRINT coupons rather than scan the app and lied saying corporate ONLY wants paper coupons! WILL NOT BE BACK. Walgreens is just right there so maybe they want my money.
