My Home Depot Kitchen CabinetsI don't normally make many posts on Facebook but I am so enraged with our experience purchasing kitchen cabinets, I feel compelled to warn everyone to not order cabinets on line from Home Depot. I will be posting our horrific on every social media platform available.Your guarantee is worthless and your employees they outright lie.The delivery date was a fairytale and then they claimed they attempted delivery and did not. 1 was short and never shipped Another was mysteriously cancelled (not by us) and shipped back. Every other cabinet came with some sort of damage that we were left to repair after my husband had to drive to 2 hours each way to their terminal and pickup the cabinets (already weeks late). Two of the cabinet same non repairable door damage. We contacted Hampton Bay (owned by Home Depot) with pictures and they approved the claim. We were told 2 new doors would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. It's now well over that no doors have arrived. Our new kitchen looks like hell. Upon calling today I was informed that they have no product and we were not getting anything. If I was able I would rip out all these cabinets and burn them in the Home Depot's parking lot. Every cabinet for this job arrived with some sort of damage. Unacceptable service. I am telling everyone to AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND THIS COMPANY. We spent thousands of dollars and every cabinet was late and damaged. Your customer service is a nightmare that has been going on for 3 months. I grew up on Home Depot and will never ever buy another thing in any of your stores. Very sad and pathetic. Bought a microwave and was to be delivered and installed. They just delivered and told us he doesn't install even though I paid for installation. Call the store and tell me it's gonna be a month and our microwave sits in the middle of my living room. I'm 90 and can't really do it myself! So try and steer away from Home Depot! They don't care about the customer!

We purchased carpet and and vinyl flooring. The purchasing process was fine, but we called the installation people multiple times and get no call back. We were told that the process is going to take 4-6 weeks from the time we paid for the floors, but the installation manager refused to agree to this terms after the purchased was done. There was nothing custom about the order or the install. We left multiple messages to find out if worth receiving product if they cannot install in timely manner, but never got a call back. When called and talk to store management we were told to accept the product and they will work on the install time. That did not happened. We are still struggling now to return floors. When they scheduled the return their truck did not come at all. I think Home Depot should have a better process, and their installation team should inform them about their true capacity to perform or Not perform a job.

they tried to deliver a damaged appliance. I refused it and they ordered a new one and set up new delivery. after waiting all day I called and was told they had canceled the order that morning and refunded me less than the purchase price. on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone who could help me and surprise no one picked up the call. don't order anything from them

Bought a Samsung dryer online from the store in Lady Lake Florida. When delivered, the door swing was on the wrong side, opposite from the website picture. Called the 800 number on the card the delivery man gave me and spoke with Martha. She gave a 10 day out date for changing door swing, asked to speak to her supervisor. Supervisor Robin wouldn't help me and made the situation worse. They won't change door swing, would not return the dryer, I was stuck with it. Robin was transferring me to the store manager and of course cut me off! Called the store directly and spoke with Ashton, whom really wasn't in the store was on HOMEDEPOT.COM!!! Then we realized the exhaust connection was damaged, delivery man pushed to to wall so we didn't notice at first. Will never by from Home Depot again or a Samsung appliance.

Buyer beware if purchase a special order. I ordered six windows and paid in full for six windows in April. In July six windows were installed but only 5 windows were the quality windows I ordered. The other window was not what I ordered and was lessor quality. The window wasn't even rated for Florida. The salesman who was onsite for the install and the installer both promised they would make it right but months later you are hearing empty promises before all communication ceases. I escalate the issue to their supervisors who point their fingers at each other, the sales supervisor claims it is an install issue and the install supervisor plays d**** After two months with no communication, I go in person and speak to the assistant store mgr who politely listens to my story and states she is shocked and disappointed and promises she will get to the bottom of it and call me by 5 p.m. Surprise no call back. I escalate it to the store manager who is hearing this issue for the first time and promises to send out an email to the supervisor bosses. He actually did what he promised. I receive a call from a nice lady at corporate that afternoon who states she will look into my issue and call me back the next day. No call back, so I call her. She states she is still looking in to it and will call me back the next morning. No call back, I call her and she says my correct window was reordered in August and it has to be in one of their warehouses, just not sure which warehouse but when they locate my window she will put me first on the list for install. So now I wait....

Paid extra for their home "scheduled delivery". No call, no show. Twice in a row. Still waiting for my items. Also, 2 weeks ago paid for a new garage door opener with professional installations, not one single call from them yet to schedule the installation. When I call their installer's number it goes to voicemail every time. They never return the calls. This is FRAUD! They pocketed my money and refuse to do anything about it. Filed a case with the BBB but what good will that do to a company that clearly doesn't care at all about their customers. Now have to waste even more time with my credit card company to see if I can reverse these charges. Save your time and money, and a lot of frustration, and go to Lowe's instead.

Generally find their employees to be cordial and knowledgeable. Especially like dealing with the former tradesmen and often, Stock holders, you know the one who walks you to the aisle and to the item!

Don't bother using this store if you require help in finding a small item. Waited 37 min. And talked to 4 associates (who paiged over loud speaker) to receive help. After searching for item they looked it up and found it to be available only online. Too long a wait for an item. Dissatisfied.

Home Depot is a special trip North for me, Lowes is way closer to home. I went to HD looking to duplicate a tool belt pocket I had purchased up north. Imagine my surprise when they had such a large selection of patio furniture, which we have been shopping for. Lowes doesn't have much, nor Bjg Lots, and all the " draw up a comfy chair and order with me" places are ghastly expensive. So this review has nothing to do with how crooked the 2 x 4s are or are not, and I didn't walk in looking for patio furniture, but we ended up buying there, so bravo

Went to buy a lemon tree around 10:30. Had a couple different varieties.... Eureka and Meyer. A good portion of each already was blooming. Some had some lemons on them. Small line which went fairly quick. Staff were friendly. Take your time to look at the them. I noticed something was eating the leaves and I didn't want to take it home.

Bob in the paint department is horrible at customer service. He changed his story as to why he couldn't "shoot a color". I get rules are rules but two different stories - no. I've seen him in action like this numerous times since August 2021 and will walk around until someone else in paint is available. My husband didn't know this until dealing w Bob Dec 6 2021. He's a horrible representative for Home Depot. Kudos for working Bob but you need to go somewhere - maybe in an office or warehouse ALONE. We ended up walking out and will go to our fabulous local Ace on Hwy 25 where they are kind, helpful, and truly treat customers with respect and appreciation. Ace is the place....

Very helpful staff and friendly. Helped load truck and my husband (who is blind) didn't have to do anything!! ???.Thank you so much to all at Home Depot on US 441?????
