“Came in for a simple repair. The first associate I spoke to was, eh. He put my repair order in. I asked about fixing a sentimental necklace of my great grandmas. Told him what I wanted, he went and spoke to the jeweler in the back and he said leave it and the jeweler would do an estimate. He said he'd give it to me when I came back for repair. I came back, no one knew what I was talking about. Nothing was done. He didn't tell him what I said. I got a new associate when I came back named Rob. Told him my situation, I was a little annoyed with the other guy that didn't communicate my needs. Rob was amazing, he went above and beyond to figure out what I wanted. Came up with a design. Also checked with the jeweler and we set it up right away. He also helped me with getting a new ring guard. I was impressed with Rob. I gave him another job repairing my great grandfathers ring! He was knowledgeable and professional. Personal. That is what should have happened right away! He was outstanding and got all my business! The repair and ring guard was done beautifully! Wonderful work! Sometime the right person makes all the difference! Rob is the man! This is a great jewelry shop and I've already got my eye on few other things lol! Don't mess around, go see Rob!
