One person at customer service desk for returns and service. Line going out the door. People cutting in front of each other, as line was going two different directions with lumber on carts.

Cashier Melissa is nasty and rude. She embarrassed our employees and proceeded to tell them & every other employee of lowes our check was bad. Turned out their check machine was down. Pathetic excuse of customer service if you ask me. Lowe’s in wildwood & leesburg have much better customer service.

We love our local Lowes in Lady Lake Florida, but have recently been highly disappointed. We had both Lowes and Home Depot come to our address to receive quotes for fence installation. Home Depot had the basic white vinyl for less and could install by May 15, 2024. We decided to go with Lowes, who offered a 5" x 7" decorative top and bottom railing (which is more durable). Installation date was set for 6/19/2024. The crew arrived on 6/18/2024 to install. Secondly, the sales rep told us the fence was on sale, (we did not get the sale price), and were told we could not use my husband's Veteran discount because it was on sale.
Today is 6/18/2024. The installation crew arrived and began installing, but only had the basic 1 3/4 x 5" top and bottom railing. We began contacting Lowes to inquire. After many phone calls to Lowes, and to the original sales rep. (Sherrie) who was asked by several Lowes installation customer service reps to contact us today, and has not, we are now being told that we never ordered the 5" x 7" decorative railing.
Now Lowes is telling us if we want to upgrade, we have to pay to have the part of the fence that was installed removed, and pay for the upgrade.
Common sense still rules. If we wanted the basic fence, we would have gone with Home Depot to pay a lower price and to have the fence installed sooner, and NOT pay a higher price for the same fence, with installation a month later.

Easy to find what I needed. Checkout was awful. Huge lines at contractors end. Regular checkout didn't know what to do. she sent me to another register after waiting in her line. She said it was to busy for her to ask for help with my order

Although the store is pretty neat and has a nice garden section for the amount of business they take in you’d think they could afford to paint their sign. The outside of the store looks tired and rundown. It’s amazing what paint can do to change an image.

I love Lowes but you have 2 men working back where lawn mower supplies are..One of them is a great help and the other I believe may be older is useless and helpless, is customer care skills a awlful. If I need something from that department I go elsewhere because of him...all other employess are extremely helpful especially in the paint department..Do yourselves a favor and hire someone who cares for the previous mentioned department
