Recently my husband and I purchased a new washer and dryer from Lowe's. Although we are happy with the product the delivery experience was a nightmare. Apparently Lowes uses a third party to deliver. The delivery company people were rude and lazy. They left the dryer pulled away from the wall in front of the door, and told us they couldn't fit it. "It not our fault" when we asked them cut the vent hose so it could be pushed back; they refused and left. We ended up having to hire a handyman to connect the dryer to vent. It took him10 minutes. In all fairness to Lowe's we were reimbursed his fees after an email to corporate. The frustration of the day is why I will not purchase appliances or anything else requiring a delivery from Lowe's in the future.

Wish we'd read the reviews before we contacted to have our patio slider replaced. It's been 10 days since the inspection and after multiple phone calls to our contract representative to get the contractor back in to do the finish work we've yet to hear back from ANYONE to get the work scheduled. Once they have your money and get far enough in that you can't cancel you're no longer important to them!

Appreciate ability to look up location of item I am shopping for. Checked inventory before heading to store. Online inventory actually matched physical inventory.

I ordered a refrigerator as mine did not reach 40. I paid for delivery install and paid the $50 for haul away of the old. Neither done. I have 2 refrigerators in my living room with the contents being bagged for trash.

Customer service almost non-existent, but sometimes it's better to come here instead of home depot. Because it's not crowded and the stores are clean and organized

No cashiers! So now I will try to figure out a way to no longer have to physically go to Lowe's. I will order online and have it shipped.

The worst customer service !!!Please don’t deal with them . Placed special order for kitchen cabinets in June 2023. Paid in full $11,000.Today is 02/12/2024 we still didn’t receive full order . Kevin Stephen who placed an order does NOT reply to emails or return calls. Spoke with Ms. Nahir ( assistant manager) she keeps collecting my info and my phone number; not even once someone returned my call.Spoke with the manager of Mr. Kevin and he promised me that Kevin will reach out when he comes back from vacation ( that was January 30,2024)Mr. Kevin enjoys his vacation BUT we can’t finish assembling our kitchen cabinets since July 2023 & we are screwed up.Someone replied to my other comment and I called compliance line ( they got my information and promised to return my call). Still waiting!!!Tried to use big company for the first time VS family owned and they failed .Will never EVER deal with Lowes.

Wandered around that huge store and never saw one person to ask about what I was looking for, So I left and went to Home Depot (which I really hate.) At least 3 people there asked if they could help me. Bought what I needed at Home Depot.
