Associates were great and very helpful. Limited material for a blanket, my wife is crocheting. We realize we can order online whatever else she needs. My wife did get an extra bargain because one of the balls of yarn was messed up and in a few knots. Clean store and flowed great.

I gave this location four stars only because they never have things that I go there specifically for in stock. Their sales are never as good as Hobby lobby but Mary one of the people that work there is super nice and very helpful. The store is very clean and that’s a good thing, but it doesn’t seem very inviting, but that’s a planogram and staging issue on their part. I only buy one thing from there because of stock issues, and forget about getting any machines because all they have is the same heat press in cricket machines that have been sitting there behind the checkout area for over a year. They need to carry things like the new glow Forge Spark, aura or x-tool. The rhinestone collection is lacking in a variety of colors (I order direct from the manufacturer because I’m a business) and when I need a few stones in a pinch and they don’t have the size and color, it’s very disappointing. It’s a great store if you are doing other crafts, they just never have what I need. Thanks, Mary for a wonderful checkout experience!!!!

Nicely stocked and clean. Every employee I interact with is friendly and helpful. I drive longer to get here because Michael's in Ocala is horrible.

It's a lovely store and they have a great selection of silk flowers. The isles are fully stocked and they should have anything/ everything you would need for your craft project.

Had to do a late night run into Michael’s to pick up a few items for a craft sale that I’m selling in tomorrow. A wonderful sales person by the name of Mary helped me so much! I’ve seen her in there many times, and she is always such a pleasure. Everything that I purchased today was either at a great sale price or was discounted because of a coupon. It’s always a great shopping experience there.

My review is only for the framing section. The guy I spoke with was a joke. Very pushy, uninformative, and disrespectful to the art I brought in.
