Best Petsmart in the area and near The Villages. The manager Eric is a very good leader and the whole team from training to grooming is fantastic. I love the cashiers and the dog training team and the groomers are also very professional. Highly recommend for all your pet needs! My dog Rocky loves going here for everything! He meets a lot of new friends too! Elexus (Lexi) is a genius with my dogs private training and soon she will be in The Grooming department

The dog grooming was excellent. Dave is super patient with our dog who was abused as a puppy. It takes her a while to trust others but Dave was able to make her feel relaxed.

Always seems short staffed, many empty shelves, not terribly clean. One older lady working the front register was absolutely rude, and told me she wasn’t going to have a good day and didn’t want to be there. Really? Maybe the managers should have that employee not work with customers.

Go to the one on 466 if you can..The help here (with the exception of the one with green hair and older man who is great)) is rude and condescending..Especially Shirley the "trainer"....Managers are snotty also which is why they have the turnover they do..Theyre immature and think they know it all" which they don't..Having been a groomer myself I know DOG PEOPLE..Try to not go to Alexis

My pet rabbit JackJack is a very picky eater and will only eat one brand of food and when Target discontinued it the only other place in my whole county that I could find it was PetSmart.
Not only is it more convenient but it's also cheaper.

My Dolly had a UTI and I was able to get over the counter drops for her. It was a Sunday. No vet available. I understand that. But I may check visiting pet smart for routine monitoring in future. Thanks again staff.
