“Hey so I love the store when I go, how attentive they are. How i have everything at my disposal , and everything is available. Very helpful people. BUT THE PEOPLE THEY SEND OUT TO DELIVER, left me a slip for a signature needed. A few , how would I know if these were delivered to my parcel box! I don't check my mail every day. And if a signature is required, (which by the way, i put to waive the needed signature thing) WHY WOULDNT U BRING IT TO MY DOOR? OR DO YOU EXPECT ME TO WAIT ALL DAY AT PARCEL BOX DOWN THE STREET. COME ON MAN!”

“The East Lake Weir Post Office was built in 1950 by the men around lake Weir. The post office started out in a general store in the late 1800's a few doors down. Then the community wanted it's own post office and built it up on a hill on East lake Weir. The mailboxes, safe and scale are from the year it was built and folks enjoy driving up to the working post office to see its History and fine character still standing after all these years.”
“My husband and I utilized this location to apply for passports. Kara helped us through the whole process and was professional and friendly. She has a lovely personality and made the experience genuinely pleasant. I will definitely be using this location for any future postal service needs.”

“Never in my life have I written a review about a post office, but after the good service I received here, I had to write a public thank you note.I came here a few days before Christmas to ship some things on a Saturday morning, and I got here about 25 minutes before they opened at 8:30 am.Two workers saw me in the parking lot and they said, “ma’am, you can come in now, and we’ll help you.”This was 25 minutes before they opened!!I laughed, and said, “thank you so much! I am here to send off some packages for Christmas!”Then one of the workers came over and said “ma’am, can I help you with the packages?”I drove up here from my home 30 minutes away because this is the only post office that opens at 8:30 AM on Saturday, but this may be my new favorite post office for everything. I am still in shock that they opened 25 minutes early just to accommodate an elderly woman trying to ship things out for Christmas.There are no words to say how grateful I am for their kindness and thoughtfulness.”

“I went in to send a Priority Mail package. It wasn't very busy. Jodie went above and beyond by recommending we try to get my items into a smaller, less expensive box. She helped me get it in there and tape it up, saving me $8! Thanks so much for the pleasant trip to the post office!”

“This Post Office is one of the better ones I’ve visited. I like that the certification/confirmation of mailing forms are out in lobby rather than having to spend 15 plus minutes in other post office’s lines just to ask for this form. I like to have it completed zBEFORE I get to window.
People are very friendly and professional.”
