It's better to scan and pay and get out it's always extremely packed never a slow day the check out lines are always super long .. some rude staff at the food court area but the staff are as happy as their paycheck. So can't expect great customer service.

I have always had a great experience shopping at this Sam's. The personnel have always been pleasant, respectful an helpful. I have never seen flies in the store. Check it out yourself rather than read "awful" reviews. Some people just like being negative.

Well I placed my order that was fine I followed the instructions which showed that I checked in I pulled up where Club Pick Up is at and looked again and it stated I was checked in and someone would bring my groceries to my car. Here's where it went down hill

Huge building with lots to see and browse. Was especially surprised at the Quality of their seafood, fresh fish and meats.

They have almost everything you need in bulk from canned fruits and veggies to fresh meats. You can also buy gift cards and stamps there which is a great convenience. Gallons of milk can be bought there as well. The food court has delicious frozen yogurt, hot dogs and pizza for a reasonable price.

Such a joke. They don't want you to touch your items to put on the belt at checkout, did that once and the lady didn't scan everything, so at the exit when they check your receipt, the guy thought I was trying to steal a loaf of bread. So today I had all small items and went to put in on the belt, and the lady tried to stop me, I told her I will take care of it myself and she got an attitude with me. I have been a member for over 20 years. The level of ineptitude and rudeness at this location is appalling. I recently attempted to place an order at the cafe for literally 30 minutes. The staff did not know how the touch screen system worked and this caused massive slowdowns. So I left for a few minutes in hopes they would be able to correct the issues. When I again attempted to order, it was even worse. Now, not only would the system not function, I was screamed at and treated rudely by an employee named Yahya when I tried to call my family to bring over cash, as the system would not take cards. He then stated he was "skipping me" and that he would have given me the food for free but now would not seemingly because I was attempting to get cash. This individual acted illogically and rudely. I have no idea what is wrong with this individual, but no customer deserves to be treated like this! After all the time wasted in attempt to order subpar food, the behavior of this individual was intolerable. I will be canceling my membership immediately. There are many other businesses that know what customer service is and I will gladly take my business there!

They just opened the new food court. You can only order by going to kiosk. I had the pizza - not bad for a fast service thing Hubby had the hot dog - a Nathan's and it was good. We like to shop at Sam's but missed the sample time

What a mindless company. I have been a member for some years. I am a Vet and for these many years I came in and showed them my DD214 made on 23 Feb 1973. They give a discount for Vets, and they have records going back many years, showing I got a discount for being a vet. Since going in takes long time standing in long lines, doing on line looked good to me. But NO, I have to go in and show them the very same document they have see year after, year after year. The document looks different exactly so? So I am done with Sam's. I spent over one hour on line talking to them, going through 6 or so people to get this done. So I suggest to all my fellow Vets, GO to another place
