Worst experience ever. I ordered a playground for my granddaughters bday. I was supposed to receive it on 11/8 and today is 11/25 AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. Contacted Sams and spoke to two different supervisors and first time was told that they will follow up with Me, Rose from corporate NEVER returned my emails or calls. Second time spoke to another supervisor who said I was going to be contacted last wk to arrange delivery AND NO ANSWER yet. Contacted the company that is supposed to deliver it today and was told THEY ARE MISSING A THIRD PIECE? WHAT IS THIS????? Irresponsible with customers and if I want to come to the store and get my money back. I AM NOT RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP WITH SAMS. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED.

Avoid this location during snowbird season. It seems local residents use the store to waste time and block isles with the motorized carts. I also saw several dogs in the store.

At the cafe, you used to place & pay for your order at a kiosk & wait for your number to be called. Now they removed the kiosk so you have to wait in a long line to place your order, wait for it to be prepared, then pay. To make matters worse, there's no menu at the register. They no longer offer coke products at the soda fountain. :-(

I've been a member of sams club for 25 maybe longer, I have been shopping in the villages sams club since they built it. Well today I went to the meat dept about 5:30 pm looking for 6 racks of babyback ribs none in the meat case, a tall older meat employee came out after ringing the bell looking miserable, I asked if he had any babyback ribs in back. He tells me they close in an hour in a half, I told him I still need 6 babyback ribs. He had a miserable face on and didn't want to go see if they had 6 babyback ribs $60.00 worth of meat in back because they were closing in an hour in a half. He finally walked back to the cooler and immediately back out no way this miserable employee looked..I told the manager with some choice words of what I thought about this employee.. I purchased the ribs at BJ'S plus other items equalling $160. Sams meat dept needs to find employees like bjs who are awesome and go out of their way to help you. No one has ever treated me the way that clown at sams did. I spend alot of money at that sams especially the meat dept but now sams will be last choice this year until my membership expires..I will not renew!!

What is the purpose of having road Hazzard insurance, especially for your tires, if you come in as an emergency and our never told it will be over 3 hours before they can check your tire.

Service is always excellent along with a great price especially on bulk items for a large family. They also have excellent baked goods, tires, OTC and prescription medications, prescription eye glasses, food, and tires. Their gas is always lower than most other stations in the local area.

I had a pick up order that was supposed to be ready between 7:00-8:00 PM. I finally got a text message at 7:52 PM telling me it was ready and to text A when I arrived. I got to the store at 8:05 PM and texted A but received a message back saying "Sam's Club: Pickup order 9869210931 is ready. However the club is currently closed. Please check in during business hours. HELP = help; STOP = unenroll." . Nobody around!!! If they can't get an order ready before they close they shouldn't send a text saying to come get it!!!!

Had a membership at Sam's Club and after my first year was up they automatically took next years membership fee out. Wasn't signed up for auto pay. When I called the store the lady was extremely rude, and hung up on me. Had to drive in to get this issue resolved. No customer service relations at all. I gave them one star but they don't even deserve that. Never going back to Sam's club again. Managers at the store don't care about their customers either. Sad!!

Love sams club and stores like this. Couldn't find certain items in grocery stores like cream cheese but they have same Philadelphia cream cheese there in a four pack. So easy just kept other packages until needed later they had expiration date far enough out so no problem.

I called as a concern because my elderly parents were just there. They went to pay with there credit card/debit card and the cashier told her that she needed to put her pin in, and my mother told her that it was going to be credit. But the cashier kept telling her to put her pin in and my mother told her again to do it as credit. Then she went to tell her if she had another credit card and my mother had to use her regular credit card. I did not appreciate the cashier forcing my mother to put her pin in, that to me was harassment and I don't appreciate that. Cant wait for BJ's to open up and hopefully a Costco will also coming to the area. I called as a concern customer on behalf of my parents, and spoke to a manager name Kim. He wasn't of any help at all, he needs to be send to take some customer 101 classes. He didn't see that my concern had any value and that's very unprofessional.

Friendly staff even with so many grouchy people! Especially at the self check out! Yesterday and today I want to praise the young guy working who was efficient, knowledgeable and happy! People were nuts but he did his job quickly and with a smile! wish I had your name! Please give him praise for all of us who noticed his hard work but didn't get a chance to tell him.! I praised him on the online chat and here! Hope he knows!

Too crowded, line for registers jams at the last corner. Too many people too close to me for the entire shopping experience. It will be good when more stuff opens up south of 44 to relieve the strain on these places. The Mediterranean salad is very tasty. There was no one to ask a question to about a TV, a big money purchase, no employee for miles.
