First issue: clerk was very rude when I went into the store to buy gas. She greeted me, and I said I needed to buy gas on one of the pumps. She then responded with "If you're in that big of a hurry, you can use the self-serve machine, I'm with another customer" and indicated the self serve machine over to the side of the cashier section. The polite way to handle that would've been to say "I'm with another customer at the moment, there is a self-serve station on the other side of the counter." I didn't see right away she was with another customer. The clerk was facing the door, and both cash machines are on adjacent sides of the clerk station.Second issue: there's so much stuff piled all over the service counter, anyone under 5'6 can't see around it.Needless to say I will not return any time soon.

After my experience at circle k on 466 in the villages with a clerk name Amy, I will not be returning. She is very rude and disrespectful. Not only to me but the customer in front of me. She even blurted out that both of us were rude and told the customer to leave. All for asking a question about the sip and save program. Smh.she didn't need to be behind the counter or employed by circle k

I’ve always had great service at this Circle K.It’s one of the busiest, given the location, but the employees are always happy, professional and personable.I’d like to give a shout out to one in particular. Rob literally makes my day happy! His kind and happy personality is so infectious that I look forward and hope he’s working when I go inside for something.I don’t even mind when it’s busy there because he works hard to clear the line and still gives personalized attention to each and every customer.Being a “local guide” I tend to view what other local guides post, just to see if they tend to nitpick or are generally a dissatisfied person/customer all around with negativity on most or even all their reviews.I wish Google reviews would tweak this because there are many people that will never be pleased with any service or business, no matter how they try to please them.It’s been so challenging during this last year for everyone with this pandemic. We’ve all had to re-learn how to do everything but it’s been much more challenging for our businesses. They’ve had to rehire and retrain employees, not to mention trying to keep up with sanitizing, literally everything in the store as well as restocking. Their suppliers short on goods etc.I’m grateful Circle K has remained open and kept employees coming in for the needs of our very busy community.So, THANK YOU to all the employees, managers, suppliers etc.., especially Rob, who keeps customers like me patronizing this location specifically just to get my dose of the true meaning of what’s important in life.Edit... The store was very clean and kept sanitized ?

Not much effort being taken to keep the outside tidy, either understaffing, or a lack of pride. I was running low though and had to stop.
