Kathy Knight, our sales person at the Lady Lake, FL store, was a tremendous help when we recently purchased our Sleep Number bed. Her guidance helped us in choosing a cooling bed that my wife desired. Previously we had a Tempur-pedic bed that included a tilt feature we weren’t using. The offfer of the 100 day trial Kathy mentioned allowed us to try the non tilting, cooling option. That said, we decided we wanted to switch to the tilt version during the trial period and went back to her for help. Kathy’s knowledge and help allowed us to make the conversion. Without her help, the process would have been much more difficult. Our comments are meant for others to seek her out for excellent support and customer service.

Kathy, our sleep number representative, was very knowledgeable and helped us confirm & decide what we needed. She not only helped pick out the sleep number system that met our needs, but then helped us decide on the backboard design and fabric that best fit our space.

Kathy was a very patient salesperson. She didn't rush or push you into buying. She let the beds do the talking for her. The beds here are really one of a kind. You need to go in and see what you might be missing. I am happy to have that experience and that I bought a bed the will help me sleep better

I thought the sleep number beds were comfortable without any adjustment, 100% inflated, but then Austin gave us the grand tour of how much more comfortable these beds were by adjusting the air pressure, the positions by raising the head and knees, the temperature, cooling, heating, or heating just the feet! We were so amazed that we bought 2 beds on the spot! A great investment for our health!!!

We came to Sleep Number to find out what their beds are all about. Austin, a very kind and patient salesperson, gave us the complete tour, starting with finding our sleep numbers. This was done trying out a bed that started with 100, which was firm, like sleeping on the floor, and lowering the numbers until we both were comfortable. Just enough firmness and softness. The various features and benefits were discussed, and pricing was always up front. Numerous discounts were added in. By the time we were ready to go, we were convinced of the the value of the the beds. Financing was easy, took about three minutes. We bought two beds.

My wife and I have been sleeping on a sleep number bed since 2004 and there is nothing better. We decided to update our bed and Rodrigo was extremely helpful in showing us the models and explaining the differences. He listened to our needs and we are very excited about the model and options we chose. We are anxiously awaiting our delivery date.

We went to a few places to look at beds. We not ready to buy yet,however when we laid on the bed we fell in love with it. Our salesperson Kelly was very helpful and got us a great discount! Very happy with our sleep number experience so far!

I went to the Sleep Number store on US 441 in Lady lake Florida. I had a very good experience buying my new bed thanks to Ian. After I told him what model I was looking to purchase, and even though I told him that I had already owned a sleep number bed ,he suggested that I lay down on the test bed in the store. It's hooked up to a computer and when you lie down on it , it shows you how well the bed contours to your sleeping posture. I told him I usually set the bed to the firmest setting and he showed me how a softer setting, a much softer setting in fact, really gave me more support. I am sure that I will get a great night's sleep on my new bed.

He remembered me from almost 2 years ago when we came in looking for a bed and was able to order my pillows I was definitely in need of. I have a herniated disc and have been looking everywhere for something comfortable the air contour has been the only thing that has felt comfortable with my neck.
