My fiancé and I came into the store set out to take part of the Memorial Day special of 50% off one of sleep numbers flagship models. Craig greeted us as soon as we walked into the store, and took us to find our “sleep number”. From there he showed us the bed on special which we came in for. We quickly found out the bed on special was too soft for our liking, and he took the time to show us each model individually and find what our perfect mattress was. He had no hesitation to spend the time with us to make sure our experience and mattress choice were nothing but top notch. His customer service is excellent and I would recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go buy one from him.

Our SleepNumber pump died over 2 months ago and we have been waiting for a replacement pump - yes, we have had NO bed for 2 months. Today I received a flyer from this store asking me to buy another bed!! Really?!?!?!?If you want to spend a lot of money and not have a bed to sleep on - this is for you!!

Even though I have always been satisfied with our mattresses bought with Mattress Firm, my wife and I decided to check out this Sleep Number Store. I allowed her to peruse the mattresses and she settled on a particular one. At first the salesman, James, seemed knowledgeable and even inferred he use to work at an Amish Furniture store, which is were we ordered our new bedroom set. At first he tried to get us to buy one of their frames while we waited for our Amish set to arrive in about 9 months, but I have no interest in purchasing things that will be unused later. What further confused me is if he knew Amish furniture, as he said, why would he think cutting into the plywood under the mattress or sideboard on a $5k bed would be acceptable just to buy their mattress. It's obvious their frames accommodate the inflator and cooling system due to the gaps in between the mattress and side board and under the bed which had no drawers, but the way our bed was ordered, there was no room under the bed for either device. After a while we just left because he seemed more interested in selling something than listening, which was demonstrated when he showed a rendering of my Amish bed that was nothing like ours after describing it multiple times. It of course didn't help that it would take 2-3 weeks to get the mattress in (translation at least a month) and their warranties did not reflect the quality they claimed. A one year warranty on a $1k cooling system? We went right down the street and Roy at Mattress Firm got our new mattress in three days. I do not recommend this company.
