Brittany told me my phone would arrive the next day with expedited shipping. Then the phone did NOT come next day and when I called her store location in lady lake the person who answered (male) was a completely incompetent sad excuse for a human being. I would never ever recommend this location to anyone. Absolute garbage service.

Awful experience I went in to remove my sons phone and number off our plan and to open his own plan as he is 18 and wants it in his name so he can add or change things on his own with his money as he wants, ANYWAYS I had called 611 and had the number released so the agent said we had to go to the store to open his account and link the number well according to the man working there not only could he not do that for us he said " we don't do anything but sell phones here I can't help you" so I asked may we cancel his line then open up my son a new account with a new number to witch he replied "no as I stated before we just sell phones call 611 " and you won't believe what 611 said " you must do this in store to verify ID " so at this point I'm wondering what the point of this store is because there not helpful at all the one 3 miles up the street however got us in and out within 10 minutes and my son got to keep the same number. GO TO ANY T-MOBILE STORE OTHER THAN THIS ONE

Wouldn't it be great to ask for a manager if they ever answered the phone!Tried for 2 days at all times for this location..7 years with T mobile I always ask myself WHY? I wonder if the " Owner ever yawns while having to constantly say they" missed the mark" at this location....

I have been having trouble getting good phone signal in my house for a while. I finally had time to go into a store again to address my issue after multiple other locations when I stopped in, told me to go home and call customer service which took very long to do. The lady that I worked with today, didn't even hesitate, she called from the work phone on my behalf and helped me begin a ticket process. I was very grateful for her help. Enjoy the donuts!

I had come to the store previously and had a good experience. My review would have been different then. Today I went to the store to have my old phone transferred to my new one. Shane, told me that because I didn't buy the phone at this T-Mobile store that he would only transfer the number not the information. He told me I could go over to geek squad!! In-store I called T-Mobile 611 and talked to a very helpful agent. She asked to talk to Shane and did so. He refused to budge. She is sending me to another store. She said that it hurts her heart And that all T-Mobile should be one big team. This store obviously only cares about selling phones. They also have no tech department. Shane said this policy as per their manager, which is another problem. He could have done it anyway as a nice gesture. My trip was wasted

I need the right people to understand, how much i appreciative all of the patience and professionalisum that i recieved from your tmobil manager BRANDON, located in ladylake floridai had a lot of questions about my new phone and he always had the help i was looking for ...I had purchased an apple phone and was unsatisfied, he changed me over to an amazon, which makes me much happier ...I always felt he had my best interest at heart . I have been with this company for a very long time and will continue to be a customer as long as BRANDON is available...

Just wanted to say I received the absolute best customer service.Brandon handled all our questions along with a bunch of technical help with our phones.My wife uses an I phone and I use an android and we both are limited as to our technical knowledge on the phones.I highly recommend this T mobile store to anyone who needs that extra help and who wants outstanding customer service.You won't be sorry for stopping in !!

I recently bought an I Phone from this store at $ 900.00 and I have been a Customer for many years . I am also Sight Impaired and Hearing Impaired a after trying to learn the challenges of the I Phone I knew I needed to return it. For years I had an Android and no problems. The Store said to call their Customer Care and they would help, however, Customer Care said NO because the phone was purchased at the store and not on line. The store Manager said because the phone returned their policy of 14 days , I would NOT get a refund. In reality, it has ben 21 days since the purchased date of April 6. The Manager was completely rude and could care less. Be advised, this store has no idea about Customer Service...after all the years I have been a loyal Customer I will cancel my Account very soon...

Stay away from this store! Went in there to pay my bills, moneys taken and he not even give me receive but he sure screw my bill up really well , he took payment But nothing post on my account and went back he ASK for receive then he said he can’t help I have to call 611, keep wasting time.

Great service!The only thing I have an issue with they pulled my credit. I have to get on the phone and speak to somebody in the store about where I live a whole bunch of questions. I don't understand that I had to go through that now it's another Mark against my credit score

Salesperson stated he would hold a galaxy watch for me, took my name and when I arrived at the store I was told they were giving it to someone else. They should be honest and know what they are doinh.

Warning do not do bussines at the lady lake store, go to the villages store. They literally tried to screw me over to save money on a warranty return. No integrity here, would even worry about ones personal information at this store at this point.Representative Shane, pudgy little man with jetblack hair, styled like a Justin Bieber haircut, refused to switch my phone out (it was alrdy shipped by t-mobile itself. Only problem is they shipped it to the store i never used before,I always use the one next to publix) So after I alrdy had filed the claim and had it shipped to this lady lake store. He only responded with saying "I would take an 1800$ loss if i took that phone". Then tried to tell his boss it was cracked. It wasn't cracked or damaged. I argued with him about it after he hangs up, then tries to deny he said that. It was a black line, a mechanical failure, that is all. To make a long story short, I had to go through corporate and they literally had to call their lady lake office. They said they never seen anything like this. They had to cancel the order, because I quote "we can't physically make him give you the phone". Literally several people were involved on this call. They still couldnt get him to hand it to me. They apologized, waving all fees and shipping straight to my house. I will not stop here. I'll make sure the right people find out and make sure you can't do this to anyone else. Luckily I did not give up, long story was a nightmare because of this Shane, if that is his real name. If not I'll find out and will be another thing to add to his work ethic complaint.

Love the company but the problem is with merge of two companies. Makes it difficult to switch or stay with them. Nice products. Service not bad.
