Normally really helpful, I get my pictures developed for my business and personal use. The lady supervisor has always been very helpful, but the guy manager at the photo center has made my experience so inconvenient that I likely wouldn’t return.

This is second time in 6 months I have tried to use Staples printing services from my email. The manager Matt says he couldnt help I was having a problem there was nothing he was willing to do for me but point to the board and i was told to follow steps one through 8 he turned his back and sauntered off. I was trying hard to figure out steps one through 8 and I asked one of the gals to help which she did and i was finally able to print after 20 minutes of trying.Next, I needed a battery for my car key. It quit opening and locking my car door. Homer the clerk called to the back to see if someone might help me decide what type of a battery i would need. Nope, no one could and out saunters Matt. . Nope he wouldn’t do that either. They have terrible customer service when you Need it.Beth T The Villages Fl

Tried to fax. Would not work. Kept getting error before number was even input. Asked for help and was told it wasn’t connecting to server then they ignored me when I said it wasn’t a server issue.

I went to print area as they had a large paper cutter and asked if they could make a dozen cuts across heavy gage paper. The girl said yes and acknowledged that they had the equipment but she was very busy and I agreed to leave the work and pick up tomorrow.RUDE Tall Young man approximately 40 claimed to be a manager chimed in and stated that he had no way to charge.Office Depot in Leesburg has my back as usual. Should have gone there in the first place.

I was at staples today asked if they could print one page from email and was told by lady at the counter to leave computer and it would be available that evening it was 10:30 am.. Tried the do it your self printer and was having a hard time downloading. I had to use credit card and it said it was processing payment and I didn't receive anything. Told man at counter about this and he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry have a nice day. Also while trying to print my one page lady at counter was talking and laughing. Not sure what happened to this store

Rude service from the print department on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.I had an easy project that Saturday help got short tempered when I suggested how to better view the document.Sundays help could not follow the conversation and refused to offer a solution.Then he did a simple cut in half i requested and told me "only this once," and he was off by inches.I have four decades of purchasing print services, ran Office Depot print shop for 10 years, and NC State University for another 6 years.I always tried to be a part of the customers success story.You will not find good service at this Staples print department!!!

I am happy with the friendly, professional and highly effective assistance from Staples' staff. If I could leave a review for every visit I’ve had here, that be great. But the reviews would all be the same. Staples, as a company, is just lousy. Website doesn’t work (on mobile) prices are always higher than the competition….. and going inside the stores, good luck finding a person to help you, let alone someone who looked like the their soul hasn’t been crushed.

A printer I bought a couple of years ago went, I had the extended warranty. The two managers one named Matt were very helpful in walking me through the process and also helped me pack the item to send back. Easy pleasant informative. I will shop there again as a result.

Very disorganized. I ordered something online to be picked up in store . I received the text that it was ready to be picked up, so I went to the store the next day and was told they could not find my package. It took them 1/2 hour to figure out that someone put a different invoice on top of my package. I really felt like they were annoyed with me. Well at least I ended up getting my package. Organization is key

I know no one reads three star comments but I'll write it anyway. We ordered business cards. Everything is a little off center, which I notice because I pay attention to details like that. Also the cards were flimsier than anticipated and both sides were shiny when I thought I chose one side to be matte but maybe I'm wrong.Either way, it's what I wanted, just the quality is a little off.
