I tried to get change for two $100 bills and they would not give me $20's. Not even for $100. She said since I did not have an account at their bank they could not break my money. WTheck!!! I would never bank at this branch.

Appointment was set, the desk person knew what we wanted to do. Low and behold AFTER NO return communication from that person (after more than onece contacted by me) they said they couldn't do what we wanted because WE WEREN'T TOLD WHAT WE NEEDED TO BRING! Complete waste of our time.

Some of the people that work here have poor customer service. There was one short young lady that was walking out that greeted me happily, and spoke to me after she left another guy and a woman we're just sitting there talking looked at me continue talking and didn't even acknowledge me. Horrible customer service

I have chosen this bank because of the checking account promotion of $400.00.This is the difficult part you have to open it online and no one at this branch understood how to do it. System wouldn't allow you to complete the process under a deposit was made. It's my second time back at the bank to make a deposit which consist of a few out of state checks and some cash. They put over a week hold on the checks and they are sending me an ATM card in the mail. HOW inconvenient I have to wait 5-7 business days for my card to arrive. I've never heard of a bank not having the ability to create a card at a branch. They ask me to return the next day to provide me with my account number and what appeared to be my ATM card. I was wrong I made another trip for nothing. If I knew now what I know I would have bank somewhere else.Save yourself a headache and do your research!

I would rate them a zero if I could. They literally stole my money a few months ago. Truthful they are not. Wish they would not have bought out SunTrust. Worst bank in the area. They are thieves!

Poor customer service. The lady refused to change a $20 for $1 bills because I didn't have an account with them. They're the only bank near by. No, I'm not opening an account for them to change some cash. I wasn't asking for a loan or anything crazy. But that's fine, we'll be taking our mortgage elsewhere as soon as I get a call back from USAA.

One of the slowest branches you can go to. If there’s only 2 cars in line it shouldn’t take 45 minutes to make one deposit.

Only gave it one star because I could not write a review without. Had same account 36 years (SunBank, SunTrust and now Truist). The put a 3 day hold on a check that I was depositing from my business account which I have done for the past 30 years. Terrible customer service, on hold waiting for a representative for 45 minutes and she was NO help. SunTrust Good, Truist Bad. Moving accounts. Read other reviews online they all reflect the same experiences.

Absolutely terrible branch with no accountability.I’ve been a customer for over 15 years, now I’ve taken all my accounts elsewhere. If you like broken promises and crippling disappointment, this is the place to go!

Horrible experience this morning. I went to cash a check. I have an account there. There was a problem and all everyone, I talked with four people at the bank, could tell me was that they didn't know me and they couldn't help me. Bogus. I figured out what to do so there wouldn't be this problem in the future. All they could tell me was no. The manager needs to be better trained in customer service. He was bad. Kept telling me no they couldn't do it. The solution was easy but I had to think of it myself.

This HAD been our bank for YEARS for not only personal accounts but for our business as well. Their mistakes and lack of communication has cost us time and money! We closed our account 9 months ago and we are still getting statements! I've called and left messages about this and SURPRISE no call back! The features the bank offers are great, the problem is the staff.

What a joke! Worst bank in the area......never had an experience like this. Closed checking but still had active credit card. Locked out of on line banking no record of my account found! Guess I dont owe them the balance on card???
