My worse banking experience ever. About 3 weeks ago I came over with my wife to add her as a co-signer in the account. After sitting 40 min. giving documents and signing many docs, I was told that everything was set and done and I my co-signer shall receive her new ATM card in a week. After 3 weeks with no ATM card received and no follow up calls from the bank, I decided to stop by the bank to see what happened. The representative looked my account up and said that there AREN'T any Co-signer in the account. Something most banks resolved in 15 min. It's been 3 weeks that they CAN NOT accomplish a very simple bank task of adding a Co-signer to the account.

1st time at this branch depositing a money order, made out to me, into my business account. She asked if I had a personal account. I do not. She said I could not deposit in the account. What? I've been doing for 5 yrs. Well as a "courtesy" she said I could it this once but she's putting a note on my account saying I cannot anymore. Lol.This was after waiting 1/2 hr with no line.
