I made the reservation online Saturday night and arrived at this location on Sunday at 0900 hrs. when they opened. I was greeted in the office and after giving the employee my name he had the truck that I reserved ready for me. The truck was clean and well taken care of. I returned the truck and after getting my recipt, there were no additional fees than what was quoted during the reservation.

Great service, employee was very nice and helpful. Had a variety of trailer sizes and trucks on site. Did have some boxes and bubble wrap and other packing materials for sale. The one negative was they did not rent or sell hitches or electric adapters. Had to go to Home Depot to buy the adapter.

We were charged fees that were not mentioned ahead of time. We were not provided a recipe but were charged 2x and almost $300 over the quoted price. Beware

Uhaul was dirty. Door molding fell off apon entering vechile. Trucks bumper was off center and vechile had obvious signs of wreckage. Bugs were splattered all over the front. The truck manual was missing and storage section of truck was in ruins opened bags and mice living in upper track.Staff was helpful , ki d and great.

Used this location a few times, and everything was smooth. Always had what we needed. Easy in and out. Employees pulled out the truck and set everything up for us. People working there were very helpful and offered suggestions. Very friendly. Let us leave our car when we had a day trip. Recommended this place to others who were very satisfied. Will use this location again.

This was the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had.
The disheveled worker secretly had the keys for the truck that I was supposed to be renting, but was telling me that they didn’t even have my reservation at all.
when in reality, the worker needed to clean and check in the vehicle, and my reservation would have shown.
Do not go here unless you like to waste time with low lifes.
