Mail carrier is the sweetest and staff inside are pretty efficient, but God forbid you have a problem with your delivery. You will have to drive there and wait in line because they literally will not answer the phone.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MAIL AND HAVE YOU FIGURE IT OUT YOUR SELF! absolutely terrible experience with the supervisor KRYSTAL and the whole staff! i was told they attempted delivery june 6th but brought it back to the office so monday my bf went up there to pick up the package for me and they told him they lost it and couldn’t find so they started a investigation on it and told us they would call us back when they figured it out well the next following day we still haven’t received a call and i called customer service.and they told me that someone picked up my package at 10:56 am but me and my bf were both at work around this time so i went up there after work to figure it out and as soon as i walked in and mentioned my package the man at the counter instantly looked at his coworker and said “the 18lb package” indicating he knew what exactly what happened with it and he got the supervisor krystal to come help and she told me that there was NOTHING they could do for me and refused to tell me who picked up the package and said they don’t id or check who picks up mail even tho customer service number says they should be checking who picks up mail! so be warned they steal your mail and lie to you and leave you to figure it out yourself !

Very disappointed with the service from this location. My package was delivered to this post office multiple times and they couldn’t figure out that the zip code was the issue. A USPS location in CONNECTICUT figured it out and had it delivered to me. The only person in there that was positive was Beverly. My package was in the building and I genuinely feel like the man Jose who I spoke with, could care less about my issue. I know they probably have people come in all the time with package issues, but knowing I was tracking it and it was scanned in the second I left was frustrating and upsetting.

This Post Office is one of the better ones I’ve visited. I like that the certification/confirmation of mailing forms are out in lobby rather than having to spend 15 plus minutes in other post office’s lines just to ask for this form. I like to have it completed zBEFORE I get to window.
People are very friendly and professional.

We had a problem with a package delivery. The staff was friendly and helpful. Jose was outstanding dealing with our problem. He checked on our package and made sure that we were able to pick it up there. Great service!

i went back twice to pick up a package that was returned to the post office by mail carrier. i wasn't given a pick up slip and clerk was rude and repetitive till i could get thru to her the supervisor called me to say he found the package. she did not have a name badge, and she truly sets your early morning off wirh the wrong attitude!

TODAY IS SUNDAY. THE USPS DRIVER FOR THIS LOCATION BROUGHT 3 PACKAGES TO MY DOOR THAT DO NOT BELONG TO ME. I HAD TO DELIVER 2 OF THEM AND GO TO THE DOOR OF THE OWNER OF THE THIRD PACKAGE AS IT IS VERY LARGE AND WEIGHS MORE THAN 100 LBS!!! I COULD NOT PICK IT UP ON MY OWN!!!!
I WILL BE AT THIS LOCATION TOMORROW TO REPORT THIS DRIVER AND TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE CORPORATE! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE YALL HIRING THESE DAYS!!! GHETTO PEOPLE, THAT IS WHO.
