2/17/2024 - 5 employees working, 2 of them are checking customers in. 40% of the work force standing and waiting for new customers to come in - that’s it. The wait time is longer than a video trying to load with the “5G” in the area.Elon needs to roll out cell service and put Verizon out of its misery immediately.

I can say one thing for sure. The customer service was amazing. I went in and the rep who took care of me was wonderful. It was his last day. But he really made sure that I got a new phone. Phil the manager was also amazing. I don't ever do any reviews but I just felt like I needed to because this store and employees are wonderful.

This trip was rather frustrating for me but the reason for me going was partly resolved inside this corporate office and the other half resolved at home. This is still a great place to go with your Verizon problems!!

Great experience!! My Dad wanted to stop to check on a current promotion, Nolan heated us at the door and answered all our questions. Nolan made this visit enjoyable, great customer service and very knowledgeable!!

Purchased 2 new Google Pixel 8 but was never told by salesperson that our service was being turned off on our current phones. Found out when we tried to make calls on Thanksgiving and store was closed. Why would salesperson not asked when and if we were going to use those new phones. Hope we didn't miss any important calls like from family on Thanksgiving

I ordered a phone online for pickup at this location. It's about 30 miles from my house. I drive over to find that their internet was down. What!? How can internet be down at a Verizon store. I had it on my phone in the store. They thought it was funny. They told me to come back in the morning, that they'd been having problems and usually, in the mornings they've had connections.Terrible customer service at this location. I've been paying for pricey Verizon for over 11 years. Customer service is/was one of the reasons.

Big thank you to Josh. Had an issue transferring my old phone to new phone and even though their systems were down he walked me through the transfer via FaceTime so I could complete it at home. Thank you thank you thank you for going above and beyond for your customers!

Well I used to try to stay out of the store because it's always busy. But I had to go there so I showed up at 9 a.m. and man it was a breeze. Always good customer service just as long as it doesn't take an hour to get in

Great experience at this store. Made an appointment so there wasn’t a wait. Hudson fixed my iPhone that has been broken (iMessage wouldn’t turn on/other iPhone features disabled) after 8 months and numerous attempts to get the phone fixed. HE DID IT IN 5 MINUTES !!!! Amazing. Knowledgeable and fast - 10/10 recommend this location and Hudson as your Verizon associate.

Great customer service , The associate Chris was amazing , very friendly and polite. The whole staff is friendly and professional. The Manager Anthony he was amazing .The manager even interacted with the kids while we were shopping . I live in Ocala and I’ll be driving to lady lake every time I need assistance with my account lady lake Verizon showed true colors . Never going back to Ocala
