Terrible service! they don't honor the extended warrenty for 5 years to fix any defects that I paid a lot of money for. They never return my calls to get service as my couch has several worn spots where the "leather" is peeling!

I had bought the extended care package for my couch and love seat recliners that were supposed to be 100% real leather, but are really bonded leather. I called to have them repair were the seating area has the "leather" has rubbed off. Now, they want to charge $90 just for the service call which had not been stated when I purchased the insurance for $189. Beware!

I would not buy from this place ever again. We purchased back in November 22 from show room floor and was told that our chairs would be put in storage until we wanted them delivered.When we called for delivery we found out the chairs had been kept in the show room with do not sit signs on them I don't really think this works to keep people off them. So we are getting used furniture essentially. Not a happy customer. ☹️?

Maintenance service is absolutely horrible. Within a month of getting my recliner it started having problems. Took a month to get someone out to look at it. They said the cushion needed replacing. 3 months later no cushion and now I get no return phone calls. I LOVE the chair and it cost a fortune but is useless and I doubt it will ever be repaired.

Great customer service. Michael was the salesman and was very helpful in answering questions and assisting me with my purchase, A well kept store and a great selection, Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and service. Thanks Michael for a great experience.

The Manager Mike is a great guy.Very knowledgeable.His only draw back is, he is a Buffalo Bills fan. Horrible taste.

Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!! This company is nothing but a bunch of lying folks. I ordered new furniture for our new house in Ocala on September 6, 2020. At that time we were told that it would take 8-10 weeks due to COVID. I thought that was a long time!!! Well after being jerked around for over 7 months, they were saying they were waiting for the leather to come in from Italy, the leather is on a cargo ship in California, we're not sure the leather is even on that cargo ship, we don't know when or if you.'ll get your furniture!!! I requested that my $1600 deposit back so that I could order from somewhere. I was told to dispute it with my credit company and since I never signed anything there shouldn't be an issue getting my money back. I did indeed dispute it with the credit card company, but it was denied due to the fact that Stressless (Stressful) Leather Gallery said that "service's were rendered".......what? How when I HAD NOTHING from them except major headaches!! We have gotten new furniture from another company that was a dream to work with! But guess what......they still won't give me my money back!!! I've contacted BBB, and will be getting an investigative reporter from a local news station. I have given these folks every opportunity to handle this between them and me, but they are refusing. The store manager at Lady Lake replied to the BBB that as far as they are concerned this case is closed!!! I think not!! BEWARE when dealing with them. Get everything you can in writing. I sure wish I had!!!

Staff friendly until you ask for a refund an hour after you placed an order for furniture that was due to be delivered in 3 months. Then they got nasty and told us NO refunds ..... Stay away from these people. Read the complaints on BBB site, Yelp.

Terrible experience! Paid upfront for a leather sofa loveseat. Shortly after the transaction our house purchase was cancelled, when we attempted to cancel our purchase and receive a credit BEFORE WE TOOK DELIVERY they refused claiming all purchases were final. The furniture at the time had never left their warehouse. We live in Minnesota so we had no place for the furniture. We ended up giving the furniture away. Terrible people to deal with, terrible business practice! Terrible owner Bruce Wine made statements based on a fictious opinion that was very derogatory towards my wife and I. Now 7 months later we have purchased a new house in the villages and zero furniture will be purchased at Leather Gallery and Bedding.You did nothing to help me with my issues your only communication was to harass me to take delivery and refuse credit. I finally found someone to take it off my hands. You lied in your response to my review like you lied to my credit card company. This was not a discontinued set.You had advertised it several times as a special buy in the villages news paper. In fact the sales lady had indicated "we better hurry and purchase, only eight sets left." Your pathetic. You could have simply sold this to someone else. Oh wait a minute, that would require a customer.

I bought a FlexSteel loveseat from here in June 2020. I paid $3k and the loveseat hasn’t worked properly since delivery. It’s not usable and hasn’t been since delivery. Their service department has replaced the mechanism and it failed too. I called this store for help and was told not our responsibility it’s a service issue. Asked to speak to manager and store person said, ‘sorry he can’t help you’. This store sells the furniture but won’t help with issues after the sale. Do not recommend them at all.

One star is a gift. Reclining loveseat was delivered 2 months ago and has been unusable since arrival. Their customer service is a disaster. This is not the loveseat I sat in for at least 30 minutes in the store; it is higher on one side than the other, the footrest materials do not match side to side and the seat cushions are not symetrical and one side is higher than the other side. The mechanism was replaced and it broke too. Excuses and another mechanism were all that was offerred. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was advised, "he can't help you". For $3k I expected a good quality reclining loveseat but what I got is a horrible FlexSteel product; I should have gone to Lazy Boy. Exercise caution to if you are consider purchasing a product at this store

Worst experience I have ever had in any retail purchase in my entire life. We purchased and paid in full upfront in good faith a two piece set of leather furniture. Our house purchase fell through during the beginning of the covid pandemic. We cancelled the delivery that was scheduled promptly and Leather gallery and bedding informed us that it was fine but there would be no refunds, all sales are final. We explained the situation and that we lived in Minnesota but they didn't care. We disputed the purchase with our credit card company, the response of the dispute from the president of Leather Gallery and Bedding, Bruce Wine included lies and obvious zero information about our situation. The product never left the store, the retailer could have simply just sold the product to someone else. BUYER BEWARE!
